Assuming the orcs are easily in range or slightly beyond(one range increment), Robo fires at one on the left (west) side. (If one increment beyond subtract it from roll)
Edit: Diolo informed me through IM that they are 160 ft from wall, not the center of the tower, where I am. Robo holds his action.

DM
In the future, please ask me about conditions like that BEFOREHAND.
Robo, the Orcs are a full run away from being WITHIN 30 FEET of the walls. meaning approximately ... 180 feet from you, well beyond two range increments.

DM
so, since Robo has "decided" not to fire, it is now Grok'Nar's turn, followed by Morgalad.
Just a reminder: there are TWO groups of Orcs coming along the river from opposite directions, in addition to the group coming up the road.

Feeling he has proved his usefulness at the front Grok'Nar heads to one of the walls ((one of the ones approached by orcs)) and smashes a segment of the threatened area.

DMI'm going to not question why you're doing that, and just tell you to pick a direction (east or west) and roll damage.

A few of the conscripts on the roof shout in dismay as Grog'nar tears a 5-foot wide hole in the holdfast walls.
The captain turns and shouts at Grog'nar. "Hey! What do you think you're doing, Orc!?"

The captain swears openly, and points the spare spearmen over to the whole (on his turn, of course).

Solace face-palms, and decides that he is very glad to have space between him and the psychotic Orc.

Sevvy merely grins, happy that at least someone was being a bit unconventional. He also hoped the Orc had an interesting idea for dealing with the others. He'd have to bide his impatience, and wait.

Seeing the need to guard another strip of wall, Morgalad turns and runs to the outside of the west wall.

DM
The conscripts all prepare actions to fire on the Orcs once they come within combat range at the beginning of the next round.
The spare spearmen moves over near Grok'Nar and stands in front of the hole with his spear leveled nervously.

Solace returns to his hiding spot, and readies an arrow to shoot the first Orc to come within sneak attack range.
