"Late again, I see." A chilling voice with a circled sword tattoo directed its comment towards a small, trembling form before it. The tattoo man walked over and crouched in front of the rabbit, raising his eyebrow. The rabbit twitched it's ear and took hesitant, terrified hops until it was all but laying on the man's shoe.

"Forgive me Yaksha-san, I hurried as fast as I could but first I was chased by a fox and then a hunter and then I saw a-"
"Shut-up. You think I care? Just give me what it is you were sent for, or I'll send you to the skinner's."
The rabbit seemed to smile before saying: "Would you really do that to your wife?"
The rabbit was suddenly swathed in a blue light, obscuring her form; when the light vanished, in the place of the rabbit a short middle-aged women stood.

She mentally translated the words "Yaksha is doomed", but dared not tell her husband!
