I've finally become the person who is able to mask their true thoughts with a smile while dealing with stupid costomers who insist on standing right behind you at the register just so they can nit-pick about 1 freaking cent of a purchase they think they shouldn't pay for... I hate people like that... I understand wanting to get the right prices and stuff. I feel that same way... but when there are three people at one register who are telling you that the price of the TV is not $639.99, but $639.98, you start to get rather ticked scream and you must have self control... it's hard, but now possible.... sorry.. had to vent it a bit..... sweatdrop

Just wondering, what was your longest little battle with a customer?longest one? Hmm... it happened yesterday night... she go to my register at 10:50PM... she left my register at around 11:36PM... so that'd be about 46 minutes....

Just wondering, what was your longest little battle with a customer?longest one? This lady had a thing to price match from us to Circuit City (which is no big deal: get a signature from a mangaer, change the price, done) and that took 5 minutes to get a manager over to our area... then she has a cart full (and I mean 35 things to buy full) and she had me go throught the list 7 times to make sure everything was on the list. Then I hit "total" so I could tell her the amount she had to pay. Then she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that 15 of the game she had purchased were supposed to be on sale and that there was supposed to be some instant rebate (which was actually non-existent) on the Tivo she bought and... way too much bull... yeah. The managers felt really sorry for me. The odd things was, after everything was said and done, the lady smiled at me as if nothing had happened and said "have a great Christmas!" and meant it... sweatdrop
