“Why won’t you talk to me?”
*Tiah questioned bitterly as she moved to sit beside her ‘better half’; She had been stressed the other day, so when he appeared it only made things worse, that was why she left when she did… however she wouldn’t tell him that. Her eyes dully gazed over him as she sighed and spoke again.*
“I can’t even get close to you anymore- why won’t you tell me what happened?”
"cause its not important anymore....."
he spoke, his eyelids dropping as he narrowed his eyes. A tireless expression shadowed his face as his head rested low near the ground as he sat, his paws grasping the ground as they held his upper body up. Once again his poor posture seemed to reflect his current mood, he didn’t feel like talking about his past. He didn’t care to tell her about it as it wasn’t exactly his moment of glory in his life nor was it part of her need to know basis.
"do you really need to know everything about me?"
“Yes, it is.”
*She spoke with drawn back ears.*
“It’s something that I want you to tell me… you do not tell me anything, how am I to comfort you if I do not know what is wrong with you?”
*A deep sigh passed her creamy colored chest as she settled herself down beside him, though not too close. She knew better then to get too close when he was in one of his moods. He had been so withdrawn as of late… Tiah just didn’t know how to get through to him.”
“I care about you… thus I think I should know…”
*He was so cold to her sometimes…*
"well like i said its not important......"
he said, speaking in a low tone of voice. he didn’t care for her sentimentality with him whenever she tried to pry at him to find out what it was that was bothering him so much. he was just simply, bitter. bitter those things couldn’t have worked out differently, bitter that everything had to go wrong, bitter at the consequences he had to face. he hated whenever she asked questions about his personal life, who was she to him anyway? a mate? that seemed like a joke at the moment to him. Ever since he tried to help her back in the wasteland anyway. lifting his lower body, he moved to stand, moving to walk away from her slowly as he turned his head. his tail swaying as his shoulder blades shifted.
"so stop asking....."
“I don’t get you…”
*She whispered softly to herself as he started off again. He really didn’t love her did he? Her ears, in slight discontent pinned along her skull as she turned and sighed.*
“You told me you cared, so I assumed that me knowing about you… your past.. I though that seem fit.. because… I love you?”
*Tiah sighed, she even questioned that last part now.*
“… Have you grown tired of me? Is this because I can give you no cubs?- or what? What did I do?”
"your over thinking it....."
he stopped momentarily after hearing her words. she was overly sensitive, at least he seemed to think so, it seemed to annoy him slightly however he quickly got over it, just as he always did however she wasnt so fortunate. his words were always somewhat disrespectful no matter whom he addressed. he smiled slightly to himself as he lifted his head, turning slightly as if to glance over his shoulder at his mate. he still cared, however he didnt appreciate her being so nosy with him.
"just let it go...."
he spoke before turning back away from her as he resumed walking. one paw over the other he continued forward slowly away from her. she could follow if she wanted however if she chose not to that was her choice. a faint wind blew against the crimson fur of his mane as he pressed on.
