Well first off you need to add a few lines of code so it recognizes the difference between probability and the actual occurance of events.
Just add something that shows that while the chances of producing the number

or any of the other possible numbers of that length are low if a 50 digit number is going to be produced that one of them HAS to happen so the result is not that surprising.
Mos likely for the science phrases you're going to have to fake it with a small library of things I've already said as finding someone else who explains science theory exactly like I do would be a pain and the algorithms to do a good job of it would be a waste of space considering that it's going to be scrambled anyway.

And you need to scramble the scientific thing into the whole phrase- the way you're doing it apparently scrambles the original phrase and then the science thing and places it after the regular phrase.
...or you actually scrambled it randomly and while the probability of having none of the linking word touch each other was low it happened that way.

But the be more precise about how you'd program it you'd probably have to set it up to assign each of the individual words a unique number and then have it generate a randomly ordered sequence of numbers 1 through n.
To program it to retain some degree of structure you'd need to create multiple classes of words with one to include words like 'and' and have it insert that class into the regular message at some interval, possibly of variable length if you wanted to do it well.

You might also want to consider having it generate a random number between 1 and 2 and in the case of 1 inserting the random science thing or in the case of 2 inserting some novice comprehension level computer function explanation, though you could make the range large than two numbers and have number above or below a certain point lead to either of those options to mimic the probability of me using either of those (most likely with a standard if, else command.)
