Zon Matsukai "The paint booth is over through those doors on the opposite wall. And, the car will hafta be shipped here, so a couple days." Points to the far wall opposite the tire rack. He then looks at the other man that just walked in. "Yea, I'm the owner. Go ahead and bring your car around back and park it in one of the empty bays. I'll take a look at it."
"Greetings newcomer and welcome to car heaven heh heh..."The door closes behind him. Turning the key in the ignition, the engine once again sputters to life and, slotting the car into first, gently rolls round to the back where the owner appears to have become plagued with removals and installations of new parts for the cars hoisted in the workshop. Stunned at the sight of so many different parts, many of which Jin had no idea what they were, his initial thoughts were where to park his car… but this clearly was no ordinary repair/tuning workshop.
At the far end of the shop was an unoccupied area perfect for the FC, which is where Jin retired his car until its diagnosis could be completed. As he reversed it into the sparse bay, it was obvious to regular observers that the rotary was old, had been driven hard and the rear was sitting lower that it should, but Jin was not a regular bloke.“Ahem…” Jin attempts to get the owners’ attention, “Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself before, didn't mean to be rude. My name’s Jin Anthonyc, I just arrived here this morning.”Looking around the workshop“What’s with all the parts?”

He was chewing on a burger when he overheard two CN's, he supposed.
"It's Gonna Be Sick, Dude!
Yeah, Were Going To Smash Those Nobility And Outlaw Punks At Race Wars!"
Laughing enseued, and his thought. "Race Wars, huh?"
He took out his cellphone, and called Alex first.
No answer.
"Hey Alex, Its Keeraru.
Did you hear about this Race wars? CN is talkin' smack, Again.
Alright, Gimmie A Call.
Bye."
He started thinking.
"I need info now."
He called Zon, And Left The Same Message And Drummed his fingers on the table. Oh won’t you please take me home?- Guns ‘N’ Roses, Paradise City Alex picks up his phone and shakes hsi head.Alex calls back and waits for an answer, smiling that Civic Nation thinks its going to do any good. "Hello?" He said after his super mario brothers ringtone rang for longer than he could handle. He was still on the highway, driving speed limit. "Hey man, you called about race wars? Civic Nation is ******** from the moment they enter our arena. We dont have a time on it yet, but we have a place" "Really?
That's perfect!
Where is it at, Alex?" He asked.

Alex chuckles."Its at the old Stonebridge Air force Base. I maneged to get my hands on the b*****d. we already have contracters out there workin on makin what we need."Alex smiles as he closes the hood on the Boss and opens the door, sitting in the seat

((Continued from last post.))
About twenty minutes later, he moves out of the cab of the car. Smiling, he looks at the now full interior of the car. The black Bride racing buckets with matching four-point racing harnesses. The rear seat was removed to reduce the weight of the car, being replaced with the twin 10 lb, 25 shot bottles of NoS. Now that the Si is done with the modifications, he looks over at Bullitt.
"Yea, just grab me something. The keys for the Chevelle are hanging in the key box on the wall by the door into the showroom. Turning to Jin, he smiles some.
"Hey Jin. Name's Zon."
He walks over to the bay that Jin's RX-7 is parked in.
"This is a late '80s, right? Watcha need done to it? And, all the parts that are scattered around in the boxes are for those Civics over there. Well...Actually, a majority of them are for the older one on this side, since I've got pretty much everything done to the far one. I'm prepping those cars for Race Wars that's coming up soon."

"Hey Keeraru, come by Zon's shop, im over there right know, ive got to go"Alex hangs the phone up and stands, streaching before shutting the door and heading over to the Si civic and snooping around. Alex smiles when he looks at the engine, shaking his head.

A few minutes later, he stopped outside the shop of Zon Matsukai.
"Alex?" He hollered.

Alex looks outside the bay door where he pulled his mustang in and waves."Yo,come on"Alex walks back into the town and gopes back to snooping around the Si, looking at the audio system that zon had installed before seeing the NOS.

an evil grin comes across his face as he goes and gets the chevelle's keys and then sits down in the beast
"time to see what this thing can do heh heh"
a quick click and twist of the key causes the mostrous chevelle to roar to life and with a quiet chuckle he gently backs out of the parking lot and straightens up in the street, then with a loud rebel yell he dumped the clutch in first gear and proceeded to completely roast the back tires as he took off towards a hardees.
he didn't really try anything out on the car since it wasn't his so he just went to hardees, got the food and came back to the shop.
"hey zon, foods on!"
he said with a chuckle as he set the food down on a table out in the bay area.
"thanks for lettin me drive that monster of yours, and i got you a moster burger combo man hope you like dr.pepper heh"
he proceeds to eat his dinner then stands and yawns.
"which way to my bunk man?'

(OOC: can't do much right now, but here's a 'first' post...of sorts)
IC: It was another baking hot day in the city. In the suburbs, people were basking out in the sun next to their pools or in their gardens, some staying indoors, some cutting the lawns of their front yards...and some doing other things...
One such lawn mower glanced up once again at the car parked in the drive next door dubiuosly. There was nothing wrong with it, neither structurally, asthetically or mechanically as far as he could tell. It was just that since it had arrived early that afternoon, the owner, a young girl had seemd to ha=ve limpited herself to the bonnet, simply 'hugging' it. It was around nearly one hundred degrees and the car was painted matt black, meaning it must have been extremely hot to touch, and yet this girl had an extremely peaceful, happy look on her face.
Finally, he decided to mow a little closer to his neighbour. He piped up.
"Uh, miss? You okay there?"
The girl seemed to mumble happily.
"Mine...all mine..."
"Miss?"
"Zero to Sixty in 3 seconds....LIght as a feather...I'm in heaven..."
The neighbour cocked an eyebrow and decided to ask one more question.
"Uhm...isn't that hot?"
The girl looked up.
"It's worth the burn."
Before she plopped her cheek back down onto the hood and begand rubbing against it like a cat.
The neighbour blinked a few times before mowing the side of his lawn furthest from the car and the girl.

He hears Bullitt come back and smiles some.
"Over in the east wing. There's plenty of rooms that are empty. The one at the end of the hall is mine though."
He shakes his head slowly, noticing Alex snooping around the Si. Glancing back at Jin, he laughs softly.
"Hey, can you give me a minute? I wanna go see what the engine on the Si is cranking out."
Walking over to the car, he taps Alex on the shoulder.
"I know that you're enjoying yourself looking at the car, but I need it right now."
Getting in the drivers seat, he starts the car up, the exhaust note now quite a bit quieter. Pulling it out of the bay, he moves it over the the dyno machine and parks it on the rollers. Leaving it in neutral, he gets out and puts the holding straps in place, and tightens them down. Moving a fan in front of the car, he flips it on before connecting the wires and everything. Getting the computer set up, he takes the control and gets back in. Pushing the shifter into first, he pushes the button to start the test and runs through the gears, accelerating slowly. After reaching top gear, he opens the throttle, watching the tach as the RPMs rocket towards the redline. Once the needle reaches it, he cuts the throttle, pushing the stop button. Getting out, he Puts the controller back on the machine, switching over to the power curve. Looking through it, he stops on the numbers for horsepower and torque, his eyes wide.
"Holy....I didn't expect that much....740 horsepower and 790 foot pounds...Damn..."

“Race wars huh…” A light turns on in Jin’s head, “hey, I think I’ve heard of something like that before… Yeah, in a movie, what’s it called… never mind, but that was all drag racing if I remember.”
Jin turns and takes a few paces towards the Mustang, eyeing off its sleek exterior.
“Not exactly what I would call driving, it relies too much on the car instead of the driver.” Pointing around the workshop at the numerous parts, “which any rich geezer can win if they have enough money! I think I’ll just still to the mountains.”
Not wanting to stand on anyone’s toes, or sound like the poor and jealous type, Jin backpedals by complimenting the newly upgraded Si. After all, it was in better condition than his FC.
“My car, well, it’s hard for me to explain. I’m not that good with the techy stuff like most, but it seems to be running… I don’t know how to describe it… choppy maybe, and it’s not stable like my old car through a corner. It’s like the rear wants to jump around on me and spin the car. Anything you can do to fix it would help greatly, I’d be most appreciative.”
((Before repairing the FC, the apex seals were damaged, as well as broken rear suspension. The damaged suspension was replaced with racing suspension and 2-rotor engine rebuilt.))

he walks inside and finds a room to crash in

Alex nods to keeraru before backing away from the car and watching the test. Alex smiles at the figures before he looks at Zon"Who is going to run those? i figured you would use your 'velle and the Magnum."Alex smiles as he tilts his head.
Alex turns towards Bullit."Ill be ready for you, ive got a little something i plan to put in before race wars, consider it to be my little trump card."Alex smiles before looking back towards Zon
