Cawh decks are good
PostPosted: Mon Apr 16, 2007 2:51 pm

Well i suppose I'll put my deck down and see what other think i can doo to imrove it. Its an undermeath deck (duh) and its based on the common "wall strategy" however i wanted it to build as a wall and then just as easily and seemlessly turn that wall to a tank of destruction. well thats the basic idea. Ok here goes.

Magi:
1. Trygar
2. Fossik (not the ringsmith.)
3. Myka heart <-love her look so much.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Creatures:
Tunnel Hyren:3
cave Hyren:2
Giant Korrit:2
Ormagon:2
Pylofuf:3 heart fave card
giant paramalag:1
striped Korrit: 2
tunnel paramalag: 1
crystal Arbol:3
trogovo: 1
Phosphor Hyren: 1
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spells:
Hidden door:1
resonate:2
enrich:2
impact:1
crushing fungus:3
terrorize:1
dream channel:1
bottemless Pit:2
tunnel:1
thunder quake: 1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Relics:
tunnelers Boots: 3
digging Goggles: 3
strags claws: 2
dream Balm: 1
gogors spade: 1

Ok I will accept any helpfull advice. mrgreen

Aglows are always good in a deck like that because ure opponent wont be expecting an attack, also Jore if u get tweo jores out that combination can be deadly when used correctly

Tunnel Hyren's there hard to pull of but very fun if you get them going. Direct Discard will hurt alot this deck, I know cause I've made a 90% similar deck like this before as well.
let me show you a Combo thats sweet with your deck and Trygar as a Starter,
what you want is at least one Amulet of Ombur or whatever the last name is and a Gate of Omber again whatever, there underneath Relics, anyways if you lucky enough to get the Amulet in the first turn by either drawing it or Hidden door it you get to play it for free then it pulls out the Gate from you deck for free which is nice cause its like drawing 1 card for free. The Gate also improves the Amulet, but on top of that you add in its power and you can play Plylowfuffy's Defenders for only 2e so you get a free extra draw, only catch is that you can't attack with it. Nothing a Undream or Gift of Underneath(i'm forgetting the name as well), on top of all that I would add a Urhail

Also you need a defense against Underneath
Maybe a Belt?
Anyways hope i didn't say to much... LMK if you want to play a Forum battle

First Major problem you have to fix is having 4 Hardshell weebos, because you can only have 3 of any one card. It's ok if that a simple mistake alot of games have 4 of one card as the limit MND a little different...there's alot of cards I want more than 3 of believe me

You might want to use Ookami as your last Magi since you have all his starter already in your deck. but its up to you
If you have any Tropical Jumbor place them in your deck right now...
You could go with a Para/Weave deck if your last Magi was Tasia but again its up to you...

What you want to do if focus on what your decks 2 main combo's are your oviously going for a growing so thats one of your two, And then theres your Dreamwarp or Stalking and right now your focusing on both, I'm not to crazy about Stalking cause it doesn't seem power enough for me, but maybe your creatures look to cute to give or something. I would suggest, only a suggestion that you focus on Growing and Dreamwarping... which mean trashing the Stalking Bagala's and then I would add in more relics maybe remove a few Ambushes since the Shockwaves are more powerful, unless your planning to be up against Cawh, Ambushes are great if your opponents in your area only play Cawh decks... Some of the Relics I would suggest are Rail's Tail which has been Errata'd to be better than in original Text so let me know if you need it... ah and Robes of Petals, if all the creatures in your deck are focused around Dreamwarp all your creatures will cost one less to play thats a big savings...
Anyways hope this helps, sorry for chatting your ear off...

Well first the 5 Giant Paralag's are illegal, probably a typo... anyways I don't think you have need of three Ormy's, 2 yes. I would add Spirit of Ombor in your deck... what to take out well I could tell you but then it would be my deck... You need more drawing and I like 40 cards to my decks...
Tell me whats your Main Focus?

basically with this deck i'm able to keep most of my creaturews burrowed allt he time with all the effects hitting them like tunnelers boots strags, jores etc i use em to atk its an attacking burrow deck lol people dont realyl expect it coz they think stalk the goggles and ure safe but yeh... mainyl jsut cane ppl with burrowed creatures try and get the bisiwogs out the 3 ormi's are ther to make giv em a good chance of drawing them or better chance anyway but yeh i usually have my decks from 40-50 cards but its just getting bigger and bigger lol
PostPosted: Fri Apr 20, 2007 9:38 am

well what are you doing about Rayje's Belt? is that what Relic Stalkers are for? BoL?
I personally don't like to use Burrow as a spell since you need up pay tons of energy just to keep the creature burrowed, and then usually your opponent discards them with a Shockwave. If you focusing on using the Tunnel Hyren's as a major source of your burrowing you'll need 3 and alot of energy. You might want to use Celebrated Gogor since his Energize is higher... Do you have any Strag's Rings?

No matter what the deck, Mantle of Shadows and Maelstrom are a good combo (unless you're Core, in which case Mantle of Shadows is useless).

Mantle of Shadows allows your magi to play Core spells with a regional penalty of 1. Maelstrom allows you to discard "X amount of energy from each opposing Magi in play". Basically, if you have two more energy than your opponents, you can kill them all. CUE THUNDER CLASH AND MANIACAL LAUGHTER! Mua ha ha ha haa!

also if your Orothe you don't need the Mantle, And for Underneath you could also use Urhail...
EDIT: also if your against Myka your going to need a Belt or sword to help you.
