The world is going to hell. Floods, wild fires, a seemingly never ending war. Yup, that just normal day on good 'ole Earth.

well, in theory we should be glad for these disaters, where it not for the choaticness of the earth, there would be no need for any speices to need to adapat in order to survive. Without the need to adapt and survive there would be no need to evolve in any way. In that case humans as we know it probablly wouldn't be alive to day were it not for those fires, floods, and wars..well, not so much th war, the war is kinda more like the result of adapting in the manner we did.

War is more of a disagreeance of ideals than survival instinct.

War is a bloodly disagreeance of ideals...it sometimes can be avoided and sometimes it can't. Humans will always fight about things and thus there will always be war in some way, shape or form. Its the way we are. We can try to be as "civil" as we want but in the end it all comes down to survival. Of course there are demoractic ways to deal with most things. But sometimes, as much as I hate it, the only way one can survive is by fighting.

My point is that war isn't really caused by the survival instinct, but relies on it once it has started. War is caused by two opposing factions that highly disagree with each other and decide that the only way to show who is right is through militaristic force. Thats when the survival instinct comes into play.

Well, the croc hunter has met his fate yesterday. Poor guy, may he rest in peace. I feel bad for his family, the guy was married with kids and now he's gone. My sincerest condolences to his family and may they find the strength to get over their unfortunate loss.

Heard about this yesterday, wasn't quite sure who had and hadn't heard as well as if there was a post about it. Sad to hear though. He may have been a bit crazy by some people's standards, but he had balls and the willingness to do somethings that no one else would do; props to him.

Yeah, he was really fun to watch. It kinda sucks though, because he wasn't paying any attention to the sting ray and it felt provoked then stung him right in the heart.
