Lady Ayankha i'm not a social person... more of a lurker really.... i mean i have some unofficial authority on another site where i started and maintain a LGBTS sanctuary thread.... but everybody there i've known for years It's really not that big of a deal. Just advise where needed and manage as needed. I mean, it's cool but it's not really all that much. We're pretty much super-visors now.

Lady Ayankha yea.... okay, so it's more of i've never had authority with power to back it up.... all my authority, i got from being as old as dirt in terms of membership :p apparently ppl actually listen to you when you've been a member longer than everyone else Well, that mostly comes from not knowing just how deep your roots are. Unless the person in question was a careless idiot, they're not going to try to argue with a senior member unless they greatly disrespect them. Sometimes, this effect can occur even if you're just 1 month older than the person in question, simply because they're unsure and you seem to know more about the subject than they do. Like... say if you didn't know when I joined. Far as you know, I started this guild with Mika and so you'd somewhat look to me with almost the same power as Mika himself. On the other hand, if I knew someone was new, I might show an elitist attitude towards them because I'm a senior and I know more about this guild than they do.

It's not too bad just lock ridiculous threads and delete the absurd. Vice-cap is much more fun in my opinion. Though, it is a position of trust, vice-cap can commandeer the entire guild and easily steal it from the owner.
