(((Nakago is just going to stay put at the Gate...for now...so I just need remove the farmer for now...and will bounc eback in upon my return.)))
"Then it is settled. I am not one to send peope away...but the circumstances...Thank you for being galant. Now...if you will excuse me...my wife and I need to get things ready to go into Kutou tomorrow."
And with that he skittered off through the other room out the back to gather some of the better crops to take in to Kutou, his wife assisting, as they had done many times bfore, and would do again. Such was the lot of a farmer and his wife.

Kouji_no_miko Genrou kept going without much of a clue where to go. He'd no way of tracking Kouji so there really wasn't much else to do except find a way back to the palace where the blue haired bandit would surely meet him. After all, Kouji was bright, surely he would have the sense to meet Genrou at the palace but then again he had gotten lost.
So, Genrou attempted to head back to the palace carefully but of course, by a normal person's standards he wasn't very careful or discreet at all. Tomo was starting to question the intelligence of his prey. The bandit now appeared to heading back in the direction of the palace, standing out as much as ever. If that was the case, there should be someone there to welcome him. Tomo let the majority of his clones tactfully vanish, and redirected his efforts to an interception task force. He would not begin the illusion until the foreigner was closer, in a more open spot, but he had a rather potent idea in mind.
While still running, Tomo felt in the folds of his clothes. His fingers brushed against something small and cold. Good, he thought, this should work quite well. He sped up. It would be terribly difficult to go through with his new plan if he was not in range to properly manipulate the mind of his prey.

((Sorry, I've been hoping that Soi would make a move so I could direct us in that direction))Dreeka Amiboshi stopped in mid step when he heard Suboshi's startingi to talk, watching his brother with a questionable expression. He then caught the few coins that his brother tossed to him, giving a small smile. He nodded to Suboshi's words as he counted the additional coins with his own, doing the math in his head.
"Well, now we might be able to get a place. Hopefully its with some kind owners so we can save some for tomorrow," Amiboshi let out, always planning ahead just in case they were unable to find any work the next day. Yes, they lived a hard life indeed. But at least they were not alone.
Putting the coins back in the pouch, he put it away securely before starting to walk again to the nearest village. "Hey," Suboshi suddenly, "There it is!"
He did not bother to explain, he turned off the path and jogged to the stream that had been hoping to run across. He stooped down to the water, which was fairly clean looking, and scooped water up in his hand. He drank from the stream for a minute, trying to remember anything he could about the village they would head to, and what kind of odd-jobs they could possibly do to earn some money.

Soi all but threw the saddle on Kiri. The mare stomped her hoof in protest but otherwise kept silent. The lightning seishi had every intention of setting the hut on fire with a few well-placed blasts but one look at the frightened children stopped her. Natsume had tried to kill her, but Soi, despite what others may say, was no monster.
The angered warrior sheathed the ancient sword she had retrieved from the woman. The weapon was little more than a relic. It was warped, old, and blunt. But for now it would have to do. She urged Kiri around and the mare clopped unhurriedly through the village and away. After what seemed a reasonable distance, Soi dismounted and collapsed at the foot of a nearby tree. I almost died...almost died...almost... the words went round and round her head until she fell back against the tree trunk. Her heart began to race frantically which was riddiculous since the danger was already past.
Kiri nuzzled her gently and Soi absently patted her. Green eyes closed pensively as she willed her heart to slow. She had escaped, that much was enough to be thankful for.
"I'm sorry Kiri," she smiled weakly at the horse beside her, "I guess the sugar will have to wait."

I'll wait for Niftyness to post before posting for Kouji
Genrou drew nearer the palace once more but hesitated. 'There's nothing to suggest those guys aren't still around,' he thought, 'but I could do with a little exercise. Although, if they've gotten some guards it would be a little foolish to show myself. I guess I'll wait where I've a good view but no one can see me. That way if Kouji decides to show up I'll be able to spot him. Still, there's no way I'm leaving without stealing something from the damn palace!' He clutched his tessen defensively and looked for a good perch.

A worry expression crossed her face at Kouji's reply. She didn't mind giving up the bedding set for her nor sharing her food but there was nothing more she could say or do that would change his mind. If she were in his shoes, she would have declined as well and it was a two against one thing. Well three, if she counted the wife. Maybe sleeping outside was a normal thing over here. There was so little she knew about this place anyways. She slightly arched a brow Kouji's way at the mention of him being a bandit and her eyes didn't once flicker away, even when the farmer took his leave. Never before had she met someone who spoke in third person form or speak his thoughts outloud but was he actually a bandit? She always pictured bandits real big, hairy, and mean but he fell nowhere near those descriptions. Perhaps Kouji was just joking about that, the farmer didn't seem to have tooken any mind to it. "Are you sure you're going to be ok outside?" Yui softly asked in concern, pausing a bit before apologizing to the man, "Gomen, I wish I could have been a little helpful towards you too but it seems I'm a little lost myself here. I suppose the two of us actually have one thing in common Neh? The whole being lost thing." Yui lightly humored as she gave off a rather faint smile but her eyes gave out a glint of lonelyness. The fact that she had no clue where she was nor any family or friends with her, scared her deeply. But it was best to try and not think about that stuff right now. If she wanted to get better faster, than she shouldn't worry herself when worrying would only make her illness worse.

Kourin had been poking at her meal for the last half hour, it had now grown rather cold and unpleasent looking. She wasn't feeling as hungry as she thought she was. Lately there had been rumours floating amoungst the soldiers of a possible seiryuu attack. Although normally she wouldnt think much of things that were talked with between soldiers (as most of it was nonsense) this one seemed a little more unnerving.
It is nothing to be concerned about. The soldiers are always predicting the doom of Konan. It wouldnt be the first time...
Pushing the cold meal away from her she stood up and exited the room silently, her colorful robes flowing gently around her.

Tasuki Genrou drew nearer the palace once more but hesitated. Tomo finally caught up with the bandit. There was great gap in their speed, and Tomo was slightly out of breath by the time he spotted the orange head. He kept his distance, and constructed another illusion. He created several faux guards that emerged from the crowd, surrounding the foreigner. Tomo would wait to get closer. He would have to get close eventually, but not until he saw what his prey was fully capable off.

Kitty Little "Hey," Suboshi suddenly, "There it is!"
Amiboshi had a confused look on his face after hearing his brother's exclamation. He then laughed nervously as he watched Suboshi take off towards the stream. He followed, walking at the same pace he had been to the water. It made sense that he was not as thristy as his twin, since Suboshi had been engaged in more 'activities' that did. So it only take a few scoops of water to get him rehydrated again.
He then sighed out, standing back up as he looked around. Spotting a rather large rock, he went over to take a seat while his brother continued to drink. A small smile soon spread on his lips as a thought appeared. He soon retrieved his flute from his belt, bringing it up to his lips. He then started to play a soothing melody, knowing that his brother would apperciate a bit of calming music while he drank and relaxed.

Kouji gave a gentle smile, touched by the girl's concern. "Don't be silly I'll be fine and no need to apologise, first come first served as they say. Besides, you need a bed more than me. Lost yourself huh?" he queried curiously. "Looks pretty lost alright," he murmured to himself, "more so than me." He scratched his dark blue hair. "Can't be too fun but at least you found help, always something good with the bad." He grinned. "Verging on corny one liners," he scolded himself. "Well hey if you're heading to Kutou you can tag along tomorrow but I suppose you don't really know anything about Kutou huh?" He then added to himself, "way to go Kouji, why would she be heading to Kutou if she doesn't know anything about Kutou... Kouji that is the question." Kouji looked at the girl and noted a strange expression in her face that he couldn't quite deciepher. Kouji was good at picking up on emotions but sometimes when it came to a stranger they were a puzzle. 'Sorrow? Fear? Confusion? Lonliness? Helplessness?' he wondered. "Poor kid, probabl hasn't a clue where her friends are," he said aloud stupidly without realising, "well that makes two of us." He froze actually realising for a change that he'd been speaking his thoughts. "Um...yeah..."

Ooc- Prey lol that's funny, makes Tomo sound like a bounty hunter but maybe that's just cause I watched Domino last night
Genrou spotted a low down roof ledge that was dwarfed by others and not very noticeable. It'd be risky but when did he have a problem with risk taking? He suddenly noticed the guards surrounding him. "Great," he grumbled gripping his tessen. "I don't really want to barbecue anyone today," he said to them, "but if you don't mind your own business and piss off along your merry well I will be doing some toasting!" he snapped at them. He was no longer in the mood to run about and letting off some steam seemed like a fun idea.

Chiriko stepped outside into the sunset. Glazing on the sun, he began walking, and still gazing. Without relizing, Chiriko tripped over a rock. Looking down, he picked up the rock and threw it aside. Making sure he was ok, Chiriko glazed on his foot, as a symbol started to appear. Fansinated, Chiriko ran home to study his latest observation.

She was being silly? How can he call her silly when he was the one talking in third person form here? Did he even know he had a strange way of talking or was he simply unaware of it? She was just being concerned and no one in their right mind would sleep outside in such cold weather. Her gaze slowly fell on Kouji's at his lost comment. Well, yes, it was true that she found help or rather that help found her and things could of gone worse but at least she had a roof over her head until she got well that is. It startled her that he was now inviting her to come along with him if she wished to and she blankly watched him answer his own questions. If there was one person capable of having a whole conversation with oneself, it would definately be Kouji. He was right though, she had no reason to go to this Kutou and well, even if she did, her ill state would only slow him down. "I know where my friends are. They are all home, where they belong or perhaps pulling all nighters to study for the upcoming entrance exam. Miaka and my parents are probably wondering where I've gone. It's just that, this is a place I've never heard of in my geography class and all the stuff here seems primitive. I have yet to see something of high technology such as a car, telephone, airplane, or even a simple light bulb." Yui corrected, flashing Kouji a warm smile so that he would know that he hadn't offended her. It was a bit ironic because she was just feeling sorry for him as well because he was stuck sleeping outside in the cold. Well she wasn't really feeling sorry towards him but sympathy. "Your offer sounds nice but I'll have to decline. I don't have much energy in me now and will only slow you down in the business you have in Kutou. There is no reason for me to go to Kutou and I will just become a burden." Yui pointed out in her kind and reasonable tone.

"Tele...telefone? What's a telefone? Or an airplane Or a light bulb?" Kouji wondered aloud as he scratched his head curiously. "Maybe she's more foreign than I thought," he muttered to himself. He then grinned and waved away her last words. "It's okay, it was a stupid suggestion anyway. Light bulb... what in the Hell... it sounds like some kind of wild animal with pointy teeth." He turned to the door to leave politely to not cause the farmer anymore of a burden but he stopped. Curiosity was still nagging at him, the girl seemed nice and Kouji (unlike Genrou) had no problem when talking to people, he just happened to curse occasionally that was all. "Entrance exam? Miaka? She your friend back home then?" he attempted to make conversation. "So much easier talking to the bandits," he decided to himself, "it's difficult trying not to curse and start a conversation with the words 'brawl', 'sake', 'I punched him' or 'I stole this much'. How do normal people manage to have conversations so often?" He then reminded himself that he'd imposed on the farmer and the girl and that she'd probably rather sleep, she was sickly after all. "Sumimasen, you probably don't really wanna share with a stranger when you need some good rest."

((Tomo needs a spinoff show where he and Nakago are bounty hunters))Kouji_no_miko Genrou spotted a low down roof ledge that was dwarfed by others and not very noticeable. It'd be risky but when did he have a problem with risk taking? He suddenly noticed the guards surrounding him. "Great," he grumbled gripping his tessen. He was no longer in the mood to run about and letting off some steam seemed like a fun idea. "Sorry," one of Tomo's faux guards replied roughly, "But you're outnumbered. If you come quietly, we promise no harm will come to you."
It was a trite reply, Tomo knew, but he was certain it would set the hothead off. The strength of his prey's attack would determine the illusionist's next move. Tomo's mind was rapidly trying to determine the best course of action, while maintaining these illusions.
