hmm...if they're both super saiyan, it would be a close match. both fire stuff out of their mouth, and both kill hundreds of innocents. hmmm...

Since the new master forum is closed here are some of mine

Name: Redeemer
Race: Human
Abilities

Reckless charge-a power boost of 1.25. This technique last one post
1st level-1.25
2nd level-2.5
3rd level 3.75
so on and so on

Onslaught assualt- Another one post power booster that increases your power level x2.5. Need to have mastered Reckless chare lv 1
1st level 2.5
2nd level 5
3rd level 7.5

Blinded frenzy-increases power level by x3.75. Need to have mastered Onslaught Assault lv 1

Final Blow-increases users pl by x15. After this technique is used, the user dies.
1st lv 15
2nd level 30
3rd level 45

Arched bruser- A ki blast the goes that goes in an angle in the sky and blows up into multiple orbs of ki that hit anything in their paths.

Name: Snare
Race:Namekian
Abilities
(( Only for namekians))

Advanced Regeneration- You regenerate faster.

Ki spears- Fingers turn into solid spears and are shot at opponent. Fingers are then replaced by ki taken shape of what was lost which makes the person stronger power level increase- 1.5

immortal arms- user rips off own arms. Arms are then replaced with ki that takes the shape as the amrs. increase by 2.5

quick silver legs- user's legs are replaced by ki and increase of x5

Rib cage grapple- Able to force ki to extend one's rib cage in an attemp to grapple an opponent

Self infusion- The last move. The user destroys his/her body and it is replaced by ki. Power level is increased by 30x. The user then dies after the technique is finished
