She shrugged, starting to walk. "Eh, trying to see if you're really feeling as fine and dandy as you think you are." She was relieved she'd been able to think up something instead of Umm, i donno.

TK nodded. "a reasonable answer. Do you not think i am ready? I may be human, but my body is quite formidable." He thought he detcted a trace of deception, but he couldnt be sure.

"I understand that you're formidable." She looked at him and grinned. "But, like you said, you're human." She pulled out one of the daggers she'd turned her blade into and stroked its edge absently.

TK nodded, and he knew she underestimated him, people always did. He analyzed her weapon, and his curiosity got the best of him. "Morphing technology? or some sort of ancient magic that can link with your mind and morph the base weapon into what you want it to?" He shrugged. "did i hit that one right?"

She smiled. "You got close." She turned to him. "A Valkyrie is given a Blade when they turn 13. Their blade is theirs and theirs alone; it never breaks, it never dulls, and, like you said, it will morph into whatever the Valkyrie wants it to." She sighed. "Of course, one has to know exactly how the weapon one wants works in order for the Blade to transform. That's why I went to the weaponry." She looked at her Blade, and pressed her finger hard against its edge. "He doesn't cut me. He hates when I try to make him." She grinned at TK apologetically. "Silly me, I must sound like I'm schizophrenic." She held up the Blade. "Blades have minds of their own. Simple ones, but working ones." What had looked like a purple gem in the hilt of the dagger revealed a dark, curious pupil in a purple eye, enclosed in the gem. "Mine's name is Darxys." Aexis sounded satisfied with her explanation.

TK looked at the blade, and scrutinized the eye of the blade. "A symbiotic relationship, how interesting. You keep him safe, by holding him, and by escorting him around the entirety of the world." Tk paused. "and in return, he offers you HIS protection, and his services. How interestig indeed."
TK thought of his Emblem, and what him and Hrothgar were considered. He put the thought aside for later and continued on. He carried a slight limp, but other then that, he felt fine. "well, it seems that Valkyries would be quite formidable in a battle. I think i would have quite a tough time defending myself agaisnt one." TK felt a soldiers curisity at battling one, and he wondered what thier capailties were.

She noticed his limp and grinned. "Normally, I'd offer to spar, but you don't seem like you're in the proper condition." She looked at him and chuckled, "I'd kick your a** without meaning to."

TK grined back at her, his eyes as sharp as a blade. He flexed his leg, and noticed there wass till some pain, but that was an advantage. Pain kept him aware. "Don't tell me 200 years of being unnaposed has made you arrogant? I find the enemies that underestimate me, are the easiest to defeat."

Tk laughed. "And i've never faced down a Greater fiend. But i did." He looked at her, and began to walk into a flat clearing. "And you have never faced me before. I am no ordinary human."

She grinned, oddly secretively; "I believe you on that one." She followed him into the clearing, and pulled out the other dagger. She then put the two halves of her Blade together and morphed them into a scythe. She swung it, spinning it with ease, then tossed it into the air and caught it. A glint entered her eyes and fire-colored wings sprouted from her back, as did a long, bushy tail. She grinned. "You about--" she then noticed something odd. "Wait, you have a weapon, don't you?" She thought, then added, "Or do you want to go without weapons?"

Tk watched her morph her weapon,and calculated how long it took her to change. That could be used to his advantage. He fished out the emblem, and grinned. "I like the wings, very fancy." He contacted Hrothgar, and Hrothgar replied in turn. "what do you want, TK421?" Tk smiled. "well, Hrothgar, i think its time we show what you and i are made of, im sparring a Valykyrie, and i need a weapon."
The demon laughed. "A Valkyrie eh? all right then, prepare yourself."
A circle of power appeared around TK's feet, and it began to envelop him. Crystal shards began to sprout out of his arm. They formd a crystal arm, and from that arm formed a sword. It was a Rapier, and Tk smied. His eyes shone bright. "what were you saying about a weapon?" He took a battle stance, and he left no openeings. His voice was cold, detached, and it sounded powerful. "shall we dance?" he said as he experimentally executed lighting fast jabs and thrusts with the blade.

"Oh, a man with charm." She adapted a fighting pose, and Darxys became a rapier, as well. "A rarity." She sprang at him with unearthly speed, swinging Darxys as she came at him.

TK planted his feet into the ground, and when she charged him, his eyes could track her, but only barely. She wasnt kidding when she said Valkyries were strong. He sprang at her too, his speed quite fast for a human. The crystal's shone, and thier blades connected with a flash of sparks. He noted her strength, and admired it. he locked eyes with her, and his did not shine anymore. They were cold, and emotionless.

She couldn't help grinning at seeing the dead look in his eyes. She locked blades with him, and swung her knee up into his stomach with all the force she could summon.
