Actually, on closer inspection, Westly was napping on one of the couches. In fact, the layer of dust covered him as well. That wasn't even plausible. Tougura had seen him at the funeral less than an hour ago. What on earth...?

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. "..."
Tougura took a couple seconds to register what he was seeing.
"YOU!"
Tougura yelled and pointed at the boy in an animated fashion. It seemed that he had been laying there for quite some time, though Tougura took no question of it.
You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago.

"ORA!"
A blue-tinted version of Westly jumped out of (what was presumably) the real Westly. The blue-tinted version was dressed like a carved Aztec mosaic.
"Ego Projection," explained the... what, clone, probably? Something not entirely unlike a clone. "I can pretty much make it look like whatever I want, but I had to go for the JoJo reference. It's funnier that way. What's up? I've been looking for you. You're very, very important to my Kickass Plan to Save the Village Mark Five."

Forza entered the building, not even glancing at the two visitors. He had learned it was best not to question things when Westly was involved. He refilled his gourd of sake and returned it to his waist after taking a swig. When he looked up he was surprised to see a blue Westly hovering around the real one. He then decided that it was about time he quit mixing paint-thinner into his alcohol.
"Whats this about saving the village?"

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. "Why would you need me, out of everyone available, to help you? Have you considered the fact that I might refuse? After all, I have sided with Chaos more than once in my shinobi career."
Through all this, Tougura didn't take his eyes off of the Westly on the couch, even though it was the blue-tinted one speaking. Honestly, he doubted that either of them were the "real" Westly, but the one on the couch had a better chance at being "real" than the one floating above him.

Westly shrugged. "Eh. So what? I'd probably side with him too if the opportunity arose. Obviously, I'd betray him at the first opportunity--he's evil, he expects this sort of thing from his apprentices--but I'd still do it. It's a calculated risk: I could learn from the master, maybe gather some intel. In return, maybe a couple villagers die at my hands while I 'prove my loyalty', but with my newfound intel and skills, I can save dozens more later on that would've otherwise died."
The floating stand looked at Tougura. "In any case, all I'd need you to do is pull a cloud out of the sky. Lay it over the village, and make sure it stays there. Very simple task, very... safe. But one I think only you can manage. If, you know, you're as good as they say." He smirked. No self-respecting shinobi could resist the provocation of that smirk. Even if Tougura couldn't do it, he'd probably spend the next week figuring it out.
The blue image looked at its hands. "The point is, I can see in mist. More generally, I can sense the presence of anything in the air at near 100% humidity. And I can use it as a medium for my illusions. Sure, it's limited by my chakra and the like, but that's a problem I have to deal with when I'm fighting. If, on the other hand, I'm just sitting there doing nothing else but maintaining the jutsu..." Westly's grin widened.
"I'd be able to see the entire village, simultaneously, in real-time, and be able to convey messages, transmit orders, harrass the enemy with minor illusions... We would have unmatched logistical and tactical command of the field. Assuming, of course, that someone else was keeping the damn cloud in place. I'll be spending a good deal of time prepping and training to do even as much as I intend to do. Trying to prevent a cloud the size of the village from dissipating at the same time? Not gonna happen."

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. Tougura looked to the blue Westly with a slight shock on his face.
"You...have done more research than the average chunin...I see..."
It was true. Through Daichiyo's training, several months ago, Tougura had found that he was able to use a second element of chakra. He had been training this element in conjunction with his wind element and already had found a way to utilize it through, what he called, "weather" chakra. Using his wind element, he would create strong fronts of wind before compacting the moisture in the air to create heavy clouds and, in extreme cases, actual changes in the weather. Truth be told...he didn't want anyone to know this just yet. Having something in his "bag of tricks" that he couldn't fully control was something that didn't sit well with Tougura.
Nonetheless, this boy, somehow, found out about it prematurely and was now asking quite a lot of him at this point in his training.
"...I can't guarantee that it will cover the entire village...
He gave a sigh before looking back down to the "real" Westly.
"...the mist from your mist spheres...how do you make it?"

Yamado a confounded look on his face (and, if the hue of his cheeks were of any indication, slightly more drunk than usual) walked into the room Westly's stand "clone", and Tougura were talking.
"Hey, hez any o' ya seen Jin-sempai? I'z been lookin' fer him ta..." Yamado paused as he noticed the horrible reference to Star Platinum blue "clone".
"Okay." Yamado said, pointing to an empty corner of the room at something only he seemed to be able to see. "Da pink elephants an' talkin' fishes ain't nuthin' different but what da hell's dat?" He furrowed his brow for a moment in thought, and then sighed in resignation. "Ah dammit, it's just dat crazy guy, 'gain, whats his name 'gain? Something like ah direction Ah t'ink. North? Left? Port?" He shook his head dismsively, "crazy guy" would have to do.
"Nevahmind. Why da hell're ya blue? Fall inta barrel o' Cap'n's paint er some...t'in'...??" It was at this point that Yamado noticed the unmoving, mostly normal looking body of Westly lying under the spector and Yamado, with all his brilliance immediately came to a conclusion.
"AAAAAHHHHH!!! THE CRAZY GUY'S DEAD AND HE'S COME TA HAUNT US AS A GHOST~~!!!!!" Well all the brilliance his much more inhebriated than usual mind could muster.

The blue Westly facepalmed. "Yep. That's me. Port. My name is Portly. Because I am just so very, very obese." He rolled his eyes. "Calm down, I'm not dead, I'm just faking it. The ghost too. I mean, come on, if you can't fake your own ghost when you fake your own death, you're not doing it right."
He turned to Tougura. "The mist beads... honestly, they're just bits of glass. I use a jutsu to make the mist, as normal, and then I seal the mist into the bead. You can seal a sword into a piece of paper, why not a cloud into a glass egg? I suppose I could try teaching you Mist Release: Awaken. The more advanced stuff... I think I probably have a bloodline ability. You'll give yourself an aneurysm trying to do it my way."
He tapped his lip. His eyes went wide. "Holy s**t! How the hell did I forget that!" He spun to face Tougura. "I won the clan tournament!" This was old news. It had happened months ago. When he was still a Genin. Why was he bringing it up now?

"A fake Aztec ghost of a guy who wins clan tournaments and invited me here," said Keskel as he walked in. "I feel like I'm under the drink minimum." He let his eyes scan the present crowd as he tried to remember whether he had the hip flask given to him as a graduation present by one of his Academy friends sealed in a scroll today. Three chuunin and a jounin. The scarred one was likely Forza, who he had been assigned to as a student. The sleeping one with the fake blue Aztec ghost he had already 'met', though Keskel suspected that he might have been talking to a genjutsu or ninjutsu/genjutsu hybrid the whole time. He immediately made a second mental note to put more practice into genjutsu-related subjects. Then there was an obviously drunk guy with harpoons. Keskel thought he had seen him fight in the last chuunin exams. The last one Keskel wasn't familiar with, but he didn't carry himself as a genin.
Oh! That's right. The flask was in the left scroll, ninth seal in on the top row. He retrieved it and took a swig.

Yamado’s first instinct had been to try and revive Westly with his chakra, while he may not have liked his cocky attitude, or anything else about him really, Yamado wasn’t so heartless as to stand by and let another member of their would-be crew die before him and not do anything.
Of course with his natural affinity for lightning, his lack of focus caused by the excitement and alcohol, not to mention lack of training in the art of healing techniques would have probably made it more like a defibrillator rather than a healing technique.
Fortunately Westly had been so blunt and dismissive that he got through to even Yamado’s alcohol flooded brain and he calmed down.
“Yar… Wha’ kinda idgit practices dyin’? Dat’s like welcomin’ death, yar.” he muttered and shook his head, it didn’t matter what Portly did in his free time, though Yamado would have preferred to spend his free time with either a keg of good spirits, a fighter to trade blows with or a school of fish to terrorize.
“Whatevah, but if ya start hauntin’ me I’ll make sure ya rest in peace, yar.” he mumbled in a dismissive slur. “‘Sides dat has either o’ ya seen Jin-sempai? I got’s some unfinished business wit’ ‘im, yar.” He turned his gaze to Tougura and the newly arrived Keskel and again furrowed his brow at the unfamiliar faces, at least the new guy seemed okay. While usually a happy, if somewhat aggressive drunk, dealing with Westly always seemed to kill his buzz. Oh how he missed the days of drinking, singing, dancing, brawling and loud boasting that he had been so accustomed to almost every day with his old crew, sure most of them had been crazy but none so frustratingly so.
“Ah ferget it, Ah'll do it mahself. Oh an' don' mind ‘im," he said to the other two while indicating towards Westly and his... "clone", "he jus’ is how he is, if yer lookin’ ta join our crew den ya gotta talk ta Cap’n firs’, hold on, yar.” He took a deep breath and raised a hand to cup his mouth. “HEY CAP’N DERE’S PEOPLE HERE TA SEE YA!!!” he hollered at the top of his lungs, it only seemed right that Forza know about them, it was his house after all.
And while he was at it, “AN’ JIN-SEMPAI COME AN’ FIGHT ME!!!!”, he figured he might as well bring his search to a close.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. Tougura ignored the three who walked in. It wasn't as if he would be working with them in this operation, provided that's what they WERE here for.
"If that's the case, I'll need to borrow quite a few of them from you. They should provide enough moisture for me to create a fine fog...though I still don't guarantee I'll get the entire village."
He stood up and tapped the "real" Westly with his heel.
"Get yourself up and we can discuss what this strategy of yours actually is."

Forza's eyebrows furrowed as he looked around the populated room. He was not in the mood for games. "Westly, if you wish to keep your plans private, I suggest you move elsewhere. Yamado, sober up and head to the arena, I will make sure Jin meets you there... And you..." Forza approached the new face. "You must be the green-horn what was assigned to me... scrawnier than I expected..."

"Yosh!" Yamado agreed while giving a sloppy salute and slauntered off towards the arena, pulling a cooked fish on a stick from somewhere and began knawing on it to help him get sober (it's food) and ran off towards the arena.

A chill draft filled the room as Yamado left the building, accompanied by the sound of wings flapping. A dark shadow moved through the room like an ominous gloom, silent and quick it could have been the Reaper himself. Except when the shadow stopped beside Forza and settled into stillness it could be seen that it was in actuality a person garbed in full black.
It was Kei, Forza's former team mate and now his jounin friend, with long black hair tied neatly into a tail at the nape of his neck with a small silver hoop earing in his left ear and his piercing gray eyes; he appeared to be a somewhat unsavory character. In fact, Nekage had just rubbed off on Kei when they were genin and had picked up some of his traits. Such as his aparrel, but his disposition was far more friendly than the ANBU Captain's. But considering how Nekage was as easily to fix you with an icy glare as stick you with his sword; it wasn't exactly saying much.
"Hey Forza, got a minute?" Kei asked the steel jawed jounin quietly, his back turned towards the other inhabitants in the room. "Bring Westly with you, I'll see you at my place. I trust you can find the Hidden Valley, Outside Gaioh." Kei gave his firend a pat on the shoulder and fixed Westly with a stare. "I'll leave you a map in case you get lost along the way." Kei said as he pulled out the document and handed it to the Jounin. "Make sure you and him aren't followed." Kei said before leaving the building, just as quickly as he had arrived.
