Up north I think we might be having snow, and some places are having sea foam blown on land that looks like its snowing. eek I got an ipod nano for my present! eek It is very cool, tiny, silver, sleek and holds 500 songs. smile I just love it. My grandma is in awe of something so tiny holding all those songs. blaugh My grandma is cute. biggrin

My dad's gift to us this year was a wireless router and wireless cards! Whee!! Very exciting 3nodding
I don't like mp3 players. they scare me. Not to mention my brother's ipod is the most complicated retarded thing I have ever laid eyes on. I'll stick to my cd's of illegally downloaded music *nods*

Ipods: My Ipod nano isn't too hard to use. I was using itunes anyway to get music. A few products, I forget which, had free itunes deals. The sound is WONDERFUL and keeping my 500 songs with me to listen to when ever and where ever I want is very cool. smile Come to the Dark Side, we have ipods, cookies and chocolate! twisted

My list said "an mps player that can be hooked into a docking base, and a docking base". I really wanted a ...dang it- now I cant think of the brand... anywho, not an ipod. My 'rents decided on it. But its pretty, so I shall keep it.

Yep, you can. I bought a set of speakers for mine already. xd Before I had music for the ipod, I had speakers for the ipod!! (I have an obsession with loud music. ^^)

You just gotta watch out with mp3 players, there is a higher risk of going deaf or hurting your hearing. So gotta watch the volume on it. *nods*
I have sensitive ears and hearing, I don't like my music too loud. xp
My sinuses are doing better I am taking aleve sinus and cold. The otc stuff does NOTHING for me anymore. stressed

My brothers was stupid because if he didn't hook it up to the computer every week or something, the songs stopped working. I have no idea why. he says it was something to do with itunes, I thouht it was retarded. Why should i have to hook my music up to the computer unless I'm updating my play list?
Have any of you had this problem or was my brother scamming me for more time on my computer?

I dunno, iPods are kind of crap. Their only advantage is availability of third party products. I prefer Creative models myself. 3nodding But I don't know if that's a problem iPods have, what you mentioned. If it is, I've never heard of it. But maybe your brother just doesn't know what the heck he's doing.
