Aura frowned slightly. "It's not like he brought her here to snack on her..."

Eclipse snorted and flared his wings slightly at the mention of said vampire. "That creature. His scent is all over Aurahkah all the time now, I can't stand it. I still don't trust him at all, that bloodsucking thing...

Aura's frown only turned into a glare that was locked to the winged wolf. "Eclipse stop it."

The wolf actually emitted a small growl, turning his eyes to Aurahkah. "How can you trust him so easily? He almost killed you in Egypt, yet you allow him so close to you and allow yourself to be alone with him, have you lost your mind Aurahkah?!"

Aura reached a hand out and grabbed the wolf by his collar, twisting it tight and drawing him close. "How dare you speak of him that way! You won't even give him a chance, that was melinia ago! If you really cared at all about me, you'd give those I care about a chance."

"I'm only trying to protect you!"

"I don't need to be protected from everything Eclipse, especially not from your misconceptions!" With that Aura turned, storming off back into the house, hands clenched into fists.

Bastet mewed happily and picked up the cat as it walked on. "She is cute!" She nuzzled the cat eliciting a purr from her. "I make tuna frequently, if Rasui is a normal cat then she will like it and come running when I fix it." Bastet's ears perked up as she heard some shouting. She furrowed her brow as she noticed a look flash across Nailah's face. "Excuse me, I hear something. I think we should check it out." Bastet moved out the kitchen into the great hall to see Aura fuming. "Uh, Aura? What is wrong? Do you need some coffee?"

"Well, Saradin said, then Eclipse followed him up, then I yelled and Eclipse wouldn't stop, and ah! I need a drink!" She pushed past both of them, still slightly muddy and wet, and grabbed herself a glass from the cabinet, angrily pouring herself some wine.

Bastet sighed then followed after Aurahkah back into the kitchen. She stood and looked at her for a moment as she fumbled with her drink. Then she walked up to her, took the glass and drink, and bumped her aside, pouring the drink for her. She then handed her the glass, "Now that you have a drink, down it, and tell me calmly what happened. I heard shouting and you are frazzled, so do not say it is nothing."

Nailah leaned in the doorway and watched as the scene unfolded before her. She felt the anger get stronger and stronger and felt her eyes begin to go glassy. She sighed and knew in a matter of moments the feelings would over take her entirely. To the point where she could no longer control what happened. She didn't want to interrupt the private exchange but she had no idea who Vincent was. Obviously he was a person that had caused some major discord between Aura nd Eclipse. And Saradin had opened a terrible topic in mentioning it.

Bastet, very calmly, took the glass from Aura and filled it up again setting it in front of her. "Eclipse disproves of Vincent? I was not aware..." She turned and leaned on the counter as her ears flatten some with her thoughts. "Why is that? I thought he usually trusts your judgement. But he raised his voice to you? You just both need time to calm down."

Nailah relaxed as the anger began to drain out of her. THat was definitley close. Now she could simply listen and begin to understand what was going on. Eclipse was upset...but wait a minute... "Eclipse can talk? I mean yell? When did that happen?" After being completely ignored she decided to keep her questions to herself. She stayed in the doorway as she felt anger emenate from the area Aura had just come from and assumed Eclipse was still quite pissed.
