Bastet awoke amid her pile of books in the library. Shaking her head and stretching, having missed her bed for the second time in a row, she felt stiff and hungry. As she walked out of the library she saw a woman in the main room looking rather lost. She walked up to her with one eyebrow raised, "Hello? Who are you and can I help you?"

Nailah saw another woman walk toward her. She stared at her and watched her for a moment. When the woman addressed her she raised an eyebrow as well and said, "My name is Nailah and I am not really sure. I have been asleep for a while...a few days, or something like that. Anyway, I was wondering if you possibly could help me find the kitchen."

Eclipse trekked into the manor, still muddy paws leaving rather large footprints. True he had gotten the orb back from Saradin, then had retreated to his personal spot hidden in the courtyard where he had hidden away his plaything.
Now he left his muddy trails down the hall, passing close to the wall so as not to really attract attention, seeing as Bastet was in the room and he didn't want her to see him all muddy and undignified. He slunk to the north wing, and to Aura room, where he shadow walked into her room, bypassing her chair locked door. Hopefully he wouldn't find a vampire in there...

Bastet turned slightly, thinking that she had heard someone walk past her. "Must be hearing things." Shaking her head she turned back to the woman called Nailah. "Hello, I am Bastet, and the kitchen is this way." She gestured for Nailah to follow her.

Nailah cocked her head and stared at the half-cat half-woman. "What did you hear? And why are you speaking Egyptian? Oh thank you so much. Suddenly her name clicked in her mind. Bastet. That's Khenu's friend. "You're friends with Khenu, right? Have you seen him lately? How is he doing?" She began walking in the direction Bastet had gone.

Bastet stopped and looked back to Nailah, slightly shocked, "I thought I heard someone sneaking around and why can you understand me? I am Egyptian, from a little before the Old Kingdom Era," She started back towards the kitchen, "So you have met Khenu? He almost electrocuted himself last time I saw him, but he promised to be more careful. Has he said too much? Or can I still make a good impression?"

Nailah laughed. "Actually he spoke rather highly of you. He did not mention you rather...unique appearance though. I am from the era of Cleopatra. And it seems that Egyptians are not as rare as I once thought."
She walked into the kitched after Bastet and looked around at everyone who was in there.

And he stood there a moment, just listening, and all he heard was Aurahkah's breathing...didi Vincent breath anyway? Oh well, he didn't' smell the vampire, so he must of not be here, though he had been, he knew that much. Walking up to the bed he found Aurahkah staring at the ceiling. "Morning sunshine...wakey wakey, Eclipse needs you."
"Oh but it is morning, early morning that is, can't you sleep?"
"I need to be cleaned..."
"You're capable of that yourself."
"I don't lick mud and it needs to be scrubbed off."
Aura sat up, raising an eyebrow at the wolf, then frowned at his condition. "I'm not even going to ask..." She got out of bed and dressed herself in something that she mind getting wet and dirty then grabbed Eclipse by the collar he still wore, and unlocked her door and dragged him out the room, leaving even more of his muddy tracks.

Saradin had been a bit distraught by the news he recieved from Syrathos. The whole time he had been trying to let her be, but it was getting to deep into him to forget. For now, he was looming some short distance from her bedroom, watching the doorway, wondering what would become of her.

"Ah, I am older than you. And yes, I was very surprised to see that there was another as well. Aurahkah is from Ancient Egypt, roughly from my era." She walked over to mix her morning drink, abandoning the popular caffeine craze going around the mansion. "I guess I am rather good around Khenu, al his innocence gets to me. I have a special mixed drink. Would you like one?"

"Yes, well Khenu is very innocent. He also seems rather lonely, with the exception of you, of course. Certainly I would love to have one of your special mixed drinks. Ah I have met Lady Aurahkah already adn found out that even though I tend to think I am the oldest, I am once again the youngest. It's a curse."

Aura and Eclipse were now down at the lake, Aura and Eclipse both knee deep in water. with Aura scrubbing at his fur with a course brush she had picked up along the way. "I can't believe you let yourself get like this!"
"I was playing with Saradin. He had my little light orb we stole together, and I wasn't going to lose it. It fell in the mud and I had to get it back..." The wolf stretched out a wind, showing the mud caked end feathers. "Got those dirty too."
Aura simply moved from fur to feathers, a slight frown gracing her features. "You're simply impossible at times."

"*Gasp*"
Vik shot his head out of the water and looked around. He was sitting in the hotsprings with his eyes closed with the water coming up to his nose. He was trying to find a connection between his nitemares.
He was starting to get a little cold so he decided to get out. He quickly dried himself off, put on his clothes, and headed inside.

Bastet chuckled some, "At least you are not the middle child out of the Ancients." Bastet mixed up one of her special drinks and gave it to Nailah. "Khenu is attached to me for some odd reason, but the boy is sweet." She made herself one of her drinks and downed it immediately.

Saradin had left his post for a few minutes when he noticed the duo of wolf and master pass by. Judging by Aura's brush in hand and Eclipse's mud soaked body, not to mention the way she hauled him away, something involving cleanliness was about to ensue. Saradin trailed them out of the building and watched as she began to clean off the wolf. "I hadn't thought about the consequences... I suppose this is my fault." He stood at the edge of the lake, looking at them both getting soaked with a bit of an odd look, unclear of whether it was mocking of guilty at the sight of them.
