She jumped down off the branch, and grabbed her canteen. "I think I heard a stream a little ways back. Were going to need water if were going to cook tonight."

She heard the girl's comment "A creature like that? You mean a creatue like me...." It saddened her and hurt her feelings that someone only saw her as a "creature". She still had her Elven ears and all her Elven appearances, the only real difference was her fangs. "I didnt ask to get attacked by assassins, I didnt ask to get hurt and sick...but I did...and I would've died anyways...and so he turned me into a vampire. I'm dead anyways...therefore....looks I'm just a "creature" that terrorizes people arent I?" She stood up and turned away from them to hide her tears. "As for you..." She spoke referring to the man. "Its not as easy as it looks...."

She nodded quickly, then walked into the wood. The bird that had been flying above ehr came and landed on the Elfs shoulder. Kira kept walking, looking back every once in a whle to keep track of how far away it was.

*he continued looking at the girl* "i can see u have had a difficult time and ppl like us arent making it any better, but it will take a while for us to adjust there are still many things left unknown about a vampire, and ppl do fear the unknown.. now tell me why cant u hunt"

She continued to walk, the stream in sight. She looked around, spotting a small cave a few yard away, carved into the base of a rock foundation. "Perfect" She whispered to her self, befrore leaning down and filling a few jars with water.

She was thinking about turning around to face him, but she didnt want him to see her crying, after all...who would have thought vampires could cry? "Because....I dont know how..." She looked at him over her shoulder, a few of her tears falling from her gold eyes splashing onto the ground. She faced the opposite direction and started walking away slowly.

She rushed back, water in hand, right as the girl was leaving. She looked at her questionally. Then looked down at Josh. "I found a cave a little ways in the forest, we would be safer there. If you think you can make it. You can come to." She said to the girl " I could use a hand getting him to the cave"

She stopped in her tracks, her tears still falling and she turned around and looked at him bewildered. "You....you would help me?" She couldnt believe what she had just heard, but soon she gave him a warm smile through her tears and her hands began to glow a silver-violet color. "I can heal your injuries if you'd like...I had the power before I was a vampire...its stronger now though..."

She stepped back slightly, watching the vampire and Josh. "Would you liek to come with us?" She asked her. "We could use a healer with us, plus the extra man power."
