Minielf I had my Chemistry trial exam and Petrochemicals SAC today. Scary. I have my Exam Prac for Chemistry next Wednesday. I remember before I did my end of year Chemistry Exam, I must've done close to 5 or 6 trial exams, possibly even more.

I remember before I did my end of year Chemistry Exam, I must've done close to 5 or 6 trial exams, possibly even more. Well, this is my school's internal trial exam and whilst it doesn't count for the Unit 3 results, it does heavily determined who's the best at chemistry in the year level. Basically if you do excellent in the trial, you're in the running for the Chemistry prize. So it does mean a lot. And the petrochemicals SAC means even more.

Ergh, I just missed out on the Chemistry award in year 11 and 12. I was basically second.

Hmm, guess you didn't have much competition. I'll never be able to win that award, there's simply too many chem smartasses. sweatdrop

Yes I got a raw of 32 because I bombed my mid-year, but I'm not fussed anymore, what's done was done.

I'm not really dissing your school, just moaning about the fact everyone at my school's better than me. sweatdrop Judging by the trails I've done so far, I'll get a B/B+ grade for my mid-years unless I really study hard the next two weeks and improve drastically.

Not on purpose you don't. I got a C+. Are they still having the funky mid-year format that we did last year? We had to make we wrote inside the boxes, because with the new method each page was scanned and graded individually, not the exam as a whole.

I didn't do VCE Biology either, because it didn't feel articulate enough, while Physics was too articulate. Now that I understand Chemisty though, makes most of Biology easier to understand as well.

They haven't told us the format of this year's exam yet. Some of things may be different. I've had a go at last year's exam a lot of times. The first time I bombed it terribly, the second time I did sort of okay, getting a B.

Or do you mean more than just last years?
