Raye sighed and nodded. "Yeah, that works..." She muttered while beginning to walk, "Before 'Lana, or Camaris decide it's too dangerous." She said, while grinning. "Though... I guess it might be."

The human closed one of her eyes in thought, while her finger tapped her chin in a type of manner that just spelled out, "I'm thinking."

"Nope, I don't ever remember seeing a Balvorine in the day. Wonder if they don't like the light or if it hurts them too... tsk. Damn things, pro'lly not." Raye finished murmuring under her breath, before turning back to Tyrell. "I'm ready when you are, let's go."

Alexander places his ear against the door and listens to her conversation. He flys over to me. "She's leaving, she is. What master want doing?" he ask me. "Make sure she stays safe. Do whatever you have to to do that." I told him.He nods his head and turns transparent. He'll make himself entirly invisible if he has to. He flys over to the door and floats through it, staying close behind Raye.

Tyrell nodded "a vampires life is fast..I find it overwhelming myself.." he said as he thought for a moment "what do you think of my brother.." he said almost mono tone.

Alana had to force herself not to chase after Raye when she left with Tyrell. She knew that he wouldn't hurt her, her deep loathing of him was personal. Besides, Raye had become nearly as pale as she was, and she knew that humans needed sunlight. It kept up their morale, kept them from falling into a depression. Still, it helped her anxiety a little bit when Camaris's strange pet went with her. She'd have to ask him about that... later though. Now, Zatch was right. She needed more sleep. At sun set, they would leave for America. She had no Markus to fake her passport or anything, so she assumed they would have to find another way around. Nothing too terribly big there, they'd find a way, she was sure. "Come with me to bed, Zatch, or I won't be able to sleep at all." Alana grumbled, taking his hand. "Camaris, I know that you're tired as well... we all need sleep, you especially after everything you've gone through lately. But one of us needs to make sure Raye's okay. I can do it for a bit, if you'd rather go to sleep now, it's your decision."

Markus grabbed onto the side of the cliff, safely in the shadow of a tree hanging down over the water, completely exahusted. He pulled himself up onto the side of the cliff, into a small crevice where the sun wouldn't hit until afternoon. He'd have to find a new place before then, but at least he and Marya could be safe for now. He closed his eyes, asleep nearly immediatly.

Raye smiled and thought for a moment. After a second, she pointed to her chest, where her heart was located. heart. "See this? S'my heart," the human said, while tapping it to emphasize, "I never thought anyone else would be able to make it back in here after... this thing happened to me but... your brother proved me wrong, like he's done so many times before. Your brother first, and then two others." She said, while holding up two fingers, just to put them back down a few seconds later.

"He's... like family. He is family. I guess that's the best way to put it. See... when 'Lana told me about his whole betrayal thing, I didn't really believe it. But... then logic had to rear it's ugly head, and truth be told, there was no way Alana would lie over something like that. Yet... even though in a way, he kinda sided with the guys that were trying to kill me, I couldn't be mad at him, ya know? He... was the first one. I met him first... he was the first one to save my life, the first vampire I ever met, my first friend since... almost before I can remember. Then, after him came Alana, and then Camaris and... well, the rest is history." The human finished, with a grin and a look in her eyes that just screamed she was reminiscing.

"They're my family, and if I never met your brother... I'd probably be living in the streets now, if I was even still alive." Raye's lips formed a thin line for a moment before she continued. "And the fact that he makes 'Lana happy is just... just better. Sometimes I see her, and she's just got this look in her eyes, ya know? It spells the sorrow she's been through, even though I don't know what she's endured. You can see it in her face; she has been through hard times, and... I think she's been alone for a long, long time but... when I see those two together, I can't help but smile 'cuz I know that with those two, everything'll be okay. Heh... no way would either one of 'em let the other get hurt, without dieing first; they'd make it so everything was okay.

"I know he's had it pretty hard too. Again, I know little about his past, but sometimes you can just tell with people, you know? Mm... both of them are just so pretty in their pain... and it's good, no, great that they got each other now. Hmm... both are just so cool, and so... lonely. I don't think anyone in this world, not even me, can understand the pain they went through, but because of their hard lives, I think they communicate with each other, they connect with each other in a way no one else will ever be able to do. They deserve all the happiness they can get, and... I hope they stay with each other until the end of their vampire days."

After a bit of a silence, Raye turned serious, twisting her neck at an angle that allowed herself to look Tyrell in the eyes. "I trust him with my life, and everything that I am. Just like I trust Alana, and Camaris. Family does that, and for once, I know how it feels to be able to rely on others, and not have to fight life by myself... it's funny, because... we are already so attached with each other but..."

Raye sighed, before looking up to the sky. "You said a vampires life is fast; well, I imagine a humans is faster. I may not know how long I have to live, but I know I'm human. And, humans die... I don't want to have to make them endure whatever pain they'd feel if I died. Whether it be naturally, like from disease, or old age." The human chuckled. "I just wanna make them as happy as I can while I'm still here, ya? And your bro is included in that... 'cuz... I have him to thank for everything I have now."

The human let out an odd chuckle. "Wow... all of that sounded real corny. Heh, my emotions getting a little too out of hand here." She said while grinning, though her grin seemed fake, almost as if she was still feeling serious, and still ment whatever she said, no matter how corny it sounded.

"Eh... you mean..." Raye's eyes went wide for a moment. "Right... I thought you were Zatchs brother... so I guess you knew about the cover up then. Tyasha, I know even less about that I do of Zatch. I mean, there is basically nothing that I know of, other than what I've heard, and you know that old saying, believe only half of what you see, and none of what you hear. But... as far as love goes, it's complicated. Maybe... but I think that if 'Lana did somehow love him it would be in a different way than she loves Zatch. She might have fallen for Tyahsa for different reasons than she fell for Zatch." Raye let out a sigh. "I dunno... I'm probably the worst to answer questions about love, and what if's. Tyasha is Alana's sire though, right? They had met before then... so maybe their love just didn't work out. Maybe they never had a chance to let it."

Tyrell looked down "I guess your right, your better at this stuff than me, seeing how Tyahsa is out, im really, not good for anything.." he said as he looked around.

Zatch grinned "sleep.." he wispered as he layed there ~and tommorow night..~
