yea. the elite carbine has a different projectile speed I am guessing, and it was only seconds before I died that I realized I had the 2-round burst, and not full auto any longer. I'm used to shooting bots that are predictable in the SP with the gun. I remember I could take out 80 or so people in one life using that thing haha.
I'm not too shabby online either, though I rarely play.

My friends and I were playing Battlefront 2 system link, 1 vs. 7 with me as the one. They lost despite outnumbering me about half way through. They decided to concentrate on the area where most of my idiot bots were popping up while I took their command points one at a time until it was over. Their main strategy is shoot where most of them are, look for for me later.

Strategic Team Dominance, you fools, get your minds outta the gutter. razz Actually our clan leader is a gyno, so it was pretty funny he decided on that name. we dominate... mainly in Tribes, which is, hands down, the most complex and addictive SFPS (Strategic First Person Shooter) made... the people who made Planetside, Battlefront, and Battlefield, and all the other ones, admit they got inspiration from Tribes. Tribes MADE the SFPS genre.

That game is crack to me. Too bad I had to uninstall it. But seriously, that game always got me up when I was down, always quenched my need for speed, always made me feel on top of the world.
I'm such a weenie, but it's true. lol...
