I submit that these things wouldn't appreciate the wealth of information available via our classic PSAs. Their deficient monster brains can't process the information... They may also be delusional (see: vampires living on rabbit blood and frequent references to "honor"). ninja

She got de-classed. Banshi isn't a monster, she's a "Spectral Apparition" caused by severe emotional trauma.

Were Loktera and Saiko Koneko ever declassed or were they just sort of in a different sub-grouping?

Heru Kemen I'll be completely honest with you, other than Banshi, I do not know of any other Non-human members of the MSU. I'll give you a hint. If you check the MSU Profiles and Contact List, you will see at least 4 individuals in the Combat Proper who have ages beyond normal human limits. Sho -- congratulations on your promotion to the head of the MSU Legal Division. Maybe we'll get you a paralegal someday.

Also, Mr. Kemen, I am happy to see that you are interested in espionage and investigation. Putting yourself out there is the first step, and you've done that. Report any pertinent information to me at the earliest available convenience and don't lose any more blood than you can live without. Anything else you need, just ask.
