Just a thought, perhaps we should start inviting people whom we consider worthy, to perk the guild up a bit.

It is a recent glitch. This week I do believe.
People cannot be accepted, be invited to join, or even banned from a guild.

My philosophy on the subject: If they can't fill out a simple form requested in the rules, we don't want 'em. After all, does guild home not demand one reads the rules, and furthermore goes on to say we'll know when they haven't?

If we stick to that, Fala, we're going to have to kick a few people out that were accepted without filling out the proper form when they requested to join.
