Kai was shocked. Kai looked back cause of his hurtful words. "Alex you b*****d." He said with his last straw. He drew his sword. "Take it back Alex" Kai knew he would never be a challenge for his older friend. He simply lacked the mean to defend himself against magick.

"Stop it!" Max screams as he rises to his feet. He couldn't believe what he heard. "By the order of the crown, I command you both to stand down." Max has very rarely had to use that tone, or command things.

"Never. I'll never take it back!" He yells and rises his free hand but is interrupted by the silent third wheel. He still stares at Kai. He meant every word.
He drops his hand and continues to looks. "As you wish your highness." He begins. After a few calming breathes he speaks again.
"Prince Maximilian, I'm sorry to have to cut your lesson off so short. But I cannot teach." His emotions were too haywire right now.

Kai's sword dropped down. "As you command" he said as he began to leave the hall. "Remember prince if you dont care about the people. You tunr into Alex" he said with a sad voice. "A uncaring, shell of a person" he then parted through the doors. He entered the hall.

"Alex... Kai..." He begins but it was too late they had both left. He was alone and two of his most respected people now hated one another... He rubs his head in worry.

He returns to his room, sulking ever so slightly. He wasn't able to find Alex, or sucessfully talk to Kai since the arguement. It may not of been his fault, but he couldn't help but feel a tad bit guilty.

Kai walked into Alex's classroom hoping to find him but to know avail. "Dammit" he screamed very loudly. "Where are you".

Alex was in his classroom, he had passed out from intoxication last night and now was feeling a deep head and stomach ache. A hangover, something he hadn't got since Kai's birthday and got drunk. "Ugh...." He runs a hand over his face.
He needed to teach the prince, he shouldn't suffer because Kai's being lead by the wrong brain.

Max was only entering the room out of habit, on Thursdays he would go to the classroom for extensive magic exercises. He seriously doubted Alex was there however. He was pleasantly surprised however when he learned he was wrong.
But his magic teacher seemed to have a bit of a hangover from the last night. "Alex!" He smiles. "I'm glad to see you!"

"Please.... keep you voice down young prince." He moans in pain. "Last time I drink, ever." He complains and rubs his aching head.

"Oh... sorry." He says much quieter. "Alex..." He is tempted to ask how things were going with Kai, but he knew to steer away from that minefield. He looks at his sick teacher. Something caught his eye. "Alex, what is that amulet? I've never seen it before... and where's your book?"

"Oh, this?" He looks down at the amulet he was wearing. "It's... a gift my mom gave me. I used to wear it all the time, but I lost it a while ago. I found when I was packing to leave for the Inn." He explains. "As for my book, it reminds me of that a**, so I refuse to look at it."

"I see." He was still mad at Kai, obviously. It was time to practice his magic, but fom the looks of it, Alex was still in no condition to teach. "if you don't want to teach, I'll be perfectly fine Alex."

"No, no. I'm good." He tries to smile but gets a powerful urge to vomit, he suppresses it but the result makes his head pound harder. "Ungh..." He just wanted to go to sleep. "I think I'll take you up on your offer..."
