Minty's eyes went wide as she saw what was infront of her. She bit her tongue. demons will get into your mind and show you hell trying to paralyze you with fear,remember to use your perriferal vision, it will save your life, demons will take advantage of your weak spots Minty let those thoughts cross her mind as she looked at Scorpio. Her insides began to squirm with excitement as she trembled for the same reason. "This...is going to be fun." Her voice shook as she smiled. She took a breath and kept her emotions in check. She didn't want to be distracted. Her eyes went wide. Too late Her mind said.

The tail hit Minty at the back of the head and she tightened her grip on the wooden sword. She collapsed to the ground. Hot tears started to brim her eyes from the impact to her head. She turned around and tried to keep her mind clear, but whatever was infront of her it scared her. He can probably move faster then I can. What do I do!? Minty thought starting to panic, she didn't move though, either way she was going to get beat by this experiment. Her grip tightened even more. "I don't want to lose." She whispered.

She looked at Scorpio frowning. But i can't hate someone who's done nothing bad to me. All i can do is be afraid. Maybe, just maybe. I looked at Scorpio trying hard not to be afraid. "I-I can't hate you. You've done nothing for me to hate." I muttered thinking of anything that could make me angry.

"Father?" Minty questioned. Then her memories of her father came. He always said she was to weak. That she could never survive on her own, that she would die in teh wilderness. Her younger sister or someone else would always protect her. She even remembered her father's last words to her, and they weren't of love and affection.

"You're a scar in my family. We could all live so much better without a weakling like you."

Minty's eyes fillwed wiht tears as her fear turned to anger. She charged at Scorpio, but she didn't see Scorpio, she saw her father with that smug look on his face. She pushed her legs to run faster. "I'M NOT A WEAKLING!" She screamed as she swung the sword with all her strength.

Minty turned around quickly ignoring the pain inher arms. All she saw was her father, and she kept on hating that look. She charged again and swung. Father! If you knew how many times you had hurt me. I'll repay you wiht that same pain. Minty's vission was getting blurry with tears but she still swung at the figure. She hated her father and she wanted anything, just to let him feel the pain she had felt those 13 years of her life. But I'll change. i'll become stronger, faster, a fighter. No more will someone else stick up for me! Minty then used her newly found strength and struck the ground hard. She panted. She wanted to continue, she wanted to wipe the smirk off of her fathers face.

Minty's vision cleared as she looked at now Scorpio. "What the?" Minty stared confused at what had happend to Scorpio. She shrugged it off. She was tired and she felt sore all over, but she wanted to win this fight, like she had tried her last ones. But her hate had diminished. She was just calm and relaxed. Like something had just released itself. She looked at Scorpio on the ceiling.
