It pretty much is. Cdjapan used to be a bit cheaper, but then they re-worked things and shipping costs went up.
They DO cost the same now, so it's kinda stupid how people who don't care to find out the reality of the situation keep on continuing such a ridiculous idea.
HMV's got a better selection, anyway.

Oh, was it a thing before? I never heard anyone mention that HMV is more expensive than the rest.
THere's an HMV within 10 blocks of all three: BookOff, Asahiya, and Kinokuniya, but it doesn't sell Japanese stuffz.

CDJapan reworked shipping completely? Damn, they must have changed it again since I last ordered.... since I vaguely remember that HMV by the fact that they used FedEx to ship everything that it ended up being about 3-4USD more expensive than the CDJapan regular shipping option. Either way, it wasn't much difference and the FedEx'ed s**t arrived faster. Looks like they changed it again. Damn.
