(( twisted ))
Andrea remained neutral as Anderson proved to be going mad. When he tempted them to kill him she didn't change in any emotion, just kept her crosshairs over him and waited for any orders from Landry, especially dealing with the other infantry.
Shadow Fox had now reached the rooftop vent. From inside he could see the positions of the four infantryman on the roof. He was about to quietly take off the vent when he heard Anderson shouting out at somebody. He looked towards them again and saw that his back was turned and the others seem to follow his gaze. He peeked the barrel out of the vent and turned on a link to Landry, "Sir, I've got position on the infantry. I've got perfect shots waiting for your ord..." before he finished he heard gunshots and saw Anderson holding his rifle. Damnit, he thought as he held back his trigger finger. Currently, Anderson wasn't a threat to him, and he's military. Don't fire until fired upon, he recollected civilian training.
When Anderson fired at their position, she didn't hesitate. She fired a single shot towards his right thigh in hopes to incapacitate the hostile action. Marcus simultaneously acted upon reflexes as well and fired his bullet for the right shoulder to disarm the threat.
((Supposing Anderson is right handed, otherwise the left one.))

Landry never expected Anderson to fire on the other Speccies...He only hoped it would be him and Anderson....That was not to be.
He peeked around the corner and aimed his rifle at his legs. He pulled the trigger, letting out three rounds, in a line from his left knee to his right knee.
This is Civil Battle, Foxes. Fire at will. Kill or be killed, we are in the state of killing...These infantry will woo the day they ******** with us! However, do not KILL them. Wound them. They will be tried for treason or, some such... or...maybe I will find it in my heart to forgive them...I don't know. Take them down. No physical combat. Only kinetic. Fire.
His rifle was aimed at a weak point on Anderson's arms, right at the joint, when he turned around the corner again. He pulled the trigger once, hoping it would hit the meat and not the bone...

Kyle saw shot and he dropped to one knee and then his rifle dropped to the ground from the shot in the shoulder. and because of the earlier movement Landry missed hitting the other shoulder. Kyle managed to reach up and press his link, "I meant...in the head...you jackasses." Kyle stood up. And walked to the access door. He took one step on his bad leg and fell down the first flight of steps and got up again. He this time used his good leg and kept using that leg first untill he was out of the complex. He, however, on the way took pictures of the bodies and the emblems and the plans to prove him right and sent them to Landry's HUD.
When he got out of the complex, "He started walking to the industral district where the rebels were stationed. He spoke, "I'm headed out to the rebel base. Maybe they'll kill me right. ******** this torture."
Kyle took about 3 more stepps and then, due to loss of blood, colappased.(sp)

Landry recieved the pictures, and, due to the numbers figured that this installation had twice the number he could save.
That won't help you Anderson. You cannot deny what I saw when I saw the officers. I knew them. Why can't you accept that? I saw their faces. Rebels cannot replicate faces. Just give up.
Then when he heard Anderson say where he was going, he cursed...
s**t. Ok, since our infantry commander felt like leaving the units and passing out, I want someone to get him. Stabilize his condition. Noone will say a word about this whole affair. If someone asks if any survivors made it, say that everyone but the last MPs died. Anderson will not be Court Marshalled. Move. Get him back on the roof, the aerials will be here in two minutes. He needs to get to the base and be put on life support and get blood.

(( lol Here's payback for the cupcake remark. He's currently doing homework.))
Shadow Fox took the first shot after Landry's command. The shot aimed at one of the infantryman closest to Anderson ((Carlos stare ...this is you)) after he fell to his knees. He then turned to the other two and fired two shots at each of them, one at the leg and the other at the shoulder. When the last two fell to the ground disarmed he kicked out the vent and walked out, rifle still aimed as Anderson seemed to walk towards the steps. He heard a loud crash but didn't take his eyes off the three in front of him.
((Now after Anderson passes out))
Andrea immediately stood up at Landry's last order and argued, "That's against protocol sir. Not only did he kill the whole god damn base of our soldiers and officers. He fired at us. That's accounts for court marshal many times over. Why spare him from his stupidity? He didn't do anything now, but further cases of his madness could get his squad killed. He already had them injured."

(( gonk You actually shot me. I knew there was some tension, but you shot me. gonk stare We need to talk. xd ))
Carlos fell to the ground as a bullet shot through his left leg. Being already disarmed he just fell to the ground wincing in pain. "Damn bastards!" he screamed as he noticed their leader walk off towards the steps. The other two infantryman fell to the ground as well. Where the hell is he going? Damn prettyboy can't take a bullet, he thought as he noticed a spec ops walking towards the three of them gun shouldered and watching them. If Carlos could spit without embarrasing himself, due to it hitting his visor, he would have. So he settled with shouting, "Get away from us."
((As for a reply to Anderson's post. The OOC me jumps in front of the OOC Andrea and the corny cheesy cliche words are said with soft music, 'love prevails' xp I don't care that she shot me.))

As Andrea ended her complaint with Landry she heard a gun shot. Simultaneously she fell to the ground in pain. After a second of realizing what happened, she grabbed her shoulder and screamed in pain, "Diet Damnit! That ******** will pay." She tried to get back up when she heard another gunshot. She froze for a second, Could this be it? Was that shot the final blow? These thoughts ran through her head as she wondered if her life had ended. Coming back into reality she saw Marcus facing away from the rooftops they were previously aimed at. Since the shots at them had hit, it was further than Anderson's aggression, it was an actual act of hostility. The bullet Marcus fired flew over the streets towards Price...aimed for the chest.(( 6pack1 This is Civil Battle, Foxes. Fire at will. Kill or be killed, we are in the state of killing(...)However, do not KILL them. Wound them. I just reread the post and wondered, is that supposed to make sense? Kind of contradictory. Anyways, due to actually being shot, I chose the kill rather than the be killed part.))

After his shot he sat up and took a seat on the ledge of the building. A shot rang out and Price slowly looked down. There was a blood spot right in his stomach. He clenched it and laid down on the ground, "A shot to the sholder....equals a shot to the chest....w-what....the hell...."
Meanwhile, the other Infantry around him ran over to him. THe medic was one of them. He started helping him.

Hell had already been wrought upon the city, it's citizens fighting amongst each other, and now against the military. The had come to crush this rebellious spirit, and now, even they have come to fight amongst themselves. This had to stop.
A figure walked down the streets of the war torn city, a woman of about five foot in height. Her skin was pallid and grey, but it seemed as if she wore naught but it. She had no mouth, and her eyes seemed to glow black. Two ashen wings of a bat sprouted from her back. She was an Imperial Vanguard, and she was escorted by a retinue of eight Imperial Enforcers, seeming as only old men in cloaks, obscuring any features or semblance of threat. However, any one of them was more deadly than any man in the Imperium’s army.
They came to a stop about where the soldiers had started fighting with each other, transfixing their attention to her like a moth to flame. She stopped and spoke without words to all of them. A voice echoed from nowhere, both deep and raspy as well as screeching at the same time. It commanded them, "If a single thought of malcontent against your fellow soldier is made from here on out, then I will personally kill you, and your pain and suffering will be unimaginable. I have come here to finish this task that your incompetence has proved yet to be able to solve." There was an eerie silence that followed this, as if none of them wanted to even breath. It seemed as if the very air thickened and grew dark. "Well, where are they!?"

Landry listened in on his team's inquiries. He didn't respond to Andrea's first comment about Anderson. He still had no wanting of having Kyle's whole career fed to the dogs. He had fought with him at Namus Rock, and he deserved to be commended for his bravery. But, he had no idea how to perform an urban infilitration. Noone did. Landry was the only one with any knowledge, and the select few who accompanied him in any urban mission.
Then, a shot rang out, he heard Andrea's voice screaming in pain...his soldier had been hit...Another shot rang out, the aggressor was shot, and Landry knew from the volume of the shot, and the words spoken by Infantry.
A female figure appeared moments later...Landry looked in awe as the vanguard moved forward. Where are they???
Landry looked at her...then asked,
Where are who?

((Not sure if you got this or not, be she and she alone is the Imperial Vanguard, it's her ...title I guess. The ones with her are called Imperial Enforcers. Pretty much, they're all agents of the Imperiator.)
Her voice echoed out once more, as if a dozen voices shouting at once, seemingly creating a blast of force towards the soldier who had spoke to her. She seemed rather irritated, shouting without words, "The blasphemous and heretical fools who'd tried to usurp the power that the mighty Imperiator had installed upon this metropolis! Where are they?" Her eyes narrowed as there was a moment of silence, but as if she did not want them to answer, before continuing in a softer yet equally furious tone, "And if you all do not tell me, then I shall rip the information from your skulls, and cast your souls into the winds." Eerily enough, as soon as she stopped talking, a gust of wind flew through the city. And to make things worse, the skies darkened. A storm was coming.

She was creepy...freaky...But, he couldn't say anything. He knew they could kill him easily. Heh...Those rebels? Well, this bulding and one down the road are cleared of all Rebels. You can thank us SpecOps for taking out this building. The other one was infilitrated and poorly cleared by Anderson. Anderson is down on the road to the rebel base. He passed out just there...He still had about a mile and a half to get to the base. With injuries like those, he is lucky he hasn't already died from blood loss. But, that is all I can tell you. I don't know what happened to the leader. We were able to secure one of the higher ranking rebels for interrogation. I hope I get to kill him afterwards. Ma'am.Landry wasn't scared of the vanguard, but he showed his respect. He hadn't really done anything to have the wrath of her, and so he wasn't especially afraid of her. He barely was afraid of anything. He had already seen enough to be scared of, and now he was hard to scare. But, the vanguard was something else...Not scary, but...weird.

He paused to catch his breath, "They were attempting to enter the Imperium to strike from the inside is my best guess. You can find the real Imperium officers' bodies in the room where they were being held. The head of one is at Landry's feet. An with all due respect, ma'am, in response to Landry's response, I don't think your looking for finding out who did what and how."

She, or rather it, listening impatiently as the Spec Ops and the Infantryman both told her what she had asked. The Vanguard's eyes narrowed, and as if a shockwave was emitted from her as she yelled, "If you know where they are, then why are you not destroying these blasphemous fools?" It took in another breath before continuing, the storm growing more angry with her every passing word, "It does not matter what you think, what you perceive. If there is one who is not in the service of the Imperiator, then you would do well to kill them. If you kill someone who is in the service of the Imperiator, then they will die gloriously, knowing that their deaths contributed to quelling of an insurrection against our most beloved Lord. Should anyone here fail me in their task, then their death shall be swift." She started to walk off in another direction, in some eerie manner seemingly not possible, the Enforcers following in suite with an overwatch formation, two by two. But before departing, she stopped and echoed personally in each of their very minds. "In the name of the Imperiator do we serve. May his vengeance be brought swiftly upon those who would oppose him." And with that, the Imperial Vanguard soon wandered out of sight into the rubble, her Enforcers soon behind.
