"Hmmm, maybe I should get him a book of proverbs for Giftmas... they talk about that kind of stuff!" she looked over to the caged dragon, "Is it friendly or is it just mean and agressive-like?"

Teepet "Hmmm, maybe I should get him a book of proverbs for Giftmas... they talk about that kind of stuff!" she looked over to the caged dragon, "Is it friendly or is it just mean and agressive-like?" "It's trained for engagements... I guess you could say it's friendly, as long as it isn't ordered to attack you. The cage is there as a precautionary measure, so far it has been cooperative."~The scientist said as he turned back to his clipboard notes. Flipping a couple pages and checking boxes, writing comments.~

After losing interest in watching the scientist mess with his papers Teep walked closer to the caged dragon, she looked at it with a sort of awe still, since she had always wished to see a dragon, though she'd grown slightly accoustomed to it already from hanging out with the dragonish troops in the hangar.

~The dragon looked out from beyond the transparent energy field holding him within the cage. Eyes a golden-orange, pupils slanted like a lizard, frills unfurled on his head. His stare was proud, but partially lifeless. What wild horses look like after they have been captured and domesticated.~ ((Concept smile )

Teep took a step closer while still staring at the dragon transfixed, fantasies about adventure and dragons ran through her head and she had the sudden longing for excitement, suddenly she flopped down on the ground in a sitting position and announced in a child-like manner, "I'm Bored."

"That's... nice. Why don't you just run along then."~The scientist replied. The dragon gave a snort as it sat there in the cage.~

Teep turned to the scientist in surprise, for she'd forgotten that he was there, "'Cause everywhere else is boring too!" she turned her gaze back to the dragon, "Can it understand us? I swear it just laughed... well, not laughed... snorted I guess."

She looked from one to the other with a slight blush developing, "Oh! Did I interrupt your conversation?" she was still sitting on the ground and she had to look over her shoulder to see the scientist.

Teepet She looked from one to the other with a slight blush developing, "Oh! Did I interrupt your conversation?" she was still sitting on the ground and she had to look over her shoulder to see the scientist. "Not really. All apart of the checkup."~The scientist checks his notes one last time.~ "Well, we're done here. I need to walk these results in."~He turns to the cage, pressing one of the many buttons arrayed on the wall. The back wall of the cage dropped into the floor, showing a large tunnel that probably led into the underground hanger.~ "You're free to go."

Teepet Teep looked woefully at the dragon, "Are you leaving now? And you too Mister Scientist?" "Yes, I'm leaving this room... though, I'm probably going to end up here again soon enough. The dragon is free to return, if you want to talk to him, I suggest you visit the hanger after he gets some rest."

Teepet Teep gracefully stood up and dusted herself off, "But what shall I do in the meantime?" "Walk around... besides, there is more then one dragon in the hanger."~The scientist excused himself from the room and dissapeared down the corridor.~

Teep thought for a minute before leaving the room and heading back towards the hanger, for she'd decided to take the scientist's advice, "Though the dragons might end up being as boring to talk to as the dragon people... stupid-" she burped somewhat loudly, "oop, 'scuse me... hmm I must be hungry, I wonder what there is to eat around here? I'll ask a dragon when I get there..."
