Aerith shook her head. "No.... She's not one with the Planet, nor is she resident here, at least I don't think so.... Even if she was, I have a feeling I know who might know where she is...."
Her eyes drifted out the windows, and she was quiet, thinking. "If anything, I'd imagine Seymour is stronger in many senses---and that's not just figuratively, literally also. He may have been drawn to you somehow..."
This was bizarre. "I'm sure there's more people around here who can help us," she spoke haltingly, "I just don't know where to look."

(( First off I just wanna comment on that last post, I hope you weren't referring to Sephiroth........Seph can dance power circles of strength around Seymour.....that is BEFORE he slices him, mashes him, and grinds him into powdercake to be used in the fireworks for Jenova's Taking-the-Planet bash))
Laguna smiled and bowed to the old man. "Thank you kindly, well c'mon Irvine we gotta find that...................waitaminute" He narrows his eyes at the geezer. "No dice, Father Time...I saw her run in this house. Irvine if you would, check behind that drape.....I'll cover the door." He cocked his gun and stood in the doorway, keeping an eye out for any and every possible hiding spot she could leap from.

Aeris paused, thinking deeply. "I've heard a little about rebel groups around here that are against the Shin-Ra, but I haven't the slightest clue. We'll have to look around, keep our ears open. It'll probably fall right down at our feet when we need it most."

"You got it," said Irvene, as he moved into the house and to teh directed drape. Little twist was not taking off with his nhat. Not now, not ever.
He grabed the drape and threw it back, scowling when he saw no one behind it.

Yuffie closed her eyes tightly. Oh, SO close. Not the curtain, but the dressing screen that blended in rather nicely with the wall....
She looked up, making sure of her escape plan. Worse came to worse, she'd make for the rafters, and out the little hole made for the smoke of the cooking fire.
But then where?

Irvine looked around the building, looking for any sign of the little thief that had ruined his afternoon and stolen his hat. Absolutly unforgivable.

Laguna studied the house carefully and noticed a small hole in the roof for cooking purposes. He nodded to the hole and it was then that he took notice of a dressing screen....the only one in the room, it was the same design as the wall itself. He pointed to it with his gun and knelt down, taking aim of the hole....watching the screen out of the corner of his eye.

Irivine notcied the movement, and went over to the area of the hole, "examine" it, while watching the screen and Laguna out of the corner of his eye. Oh was he so ready to get that thief for taking his hat. No one took his hat. Ever.

(Yeaaaaaaaaaah.... THat was called a dice roll.... And that was a good example of what Tony needs for a spot check. =P I can't hide any longer.)
Yuffie couldn't hold it any longer.
Oh, oh dear gods no.
She sneezed.
The screen went flying forward, revealing her hiding place a bit awkwardly. She laughed nervously, scratching the back of her head.
"So, um...hi..." she laughed more, before taking to the rafters, and skittering out the hole.
If she got stuck, she would blame too many dumplings in the past two weeks.

(( Dice roll??? You mean that thing you said we didn't need until the story got heavy?? Back when it was in YOUR favor not to do one???))
Laguna opened fire on the ninja as she skuttered out the door, he wasn't sure but it looked like he might have nicked her in the calf as she jumped through the roof. Frantically he burst through the front door and scanned his eyes up and down, just barely able to veiw her as she disappeared from sight. He took off in hot pursuit.
