*a mysterious package appears in a puff of smoke on the threshold. it has a note attached that reads:* Here's the supplies you wanted:
14oz Vampire venom
4 petals Wolf's Bane
3lbs Bromine (radioactive)

"Huh?" Standing closest to the door he was the first to notice the package appear at the threshold of the Mendenhall labs. Squatting in front of it he read through the note briefly. "Want me to put this somewhere? Appears to be a delivery of supplies by Flec" He asked Kira, still sitting in front of the package.

"Well if it hurts, don't do it."
*Looking at the door, and tsu holding the package, Kira Smiles*
"Flec, you devil, you're a day late! Tsu, you can put it on the table by the fireplace."
*Turning back to her work, she takes a chunk of ginger out of her pocket and pops it in her mouth. chewing thouroughly, she spits the masticated pulp into the bowl and then adds a measure of water. She then scoops out the paste and smears it on squares of cloth*
"Here you Go Hun. That should last you a couple of weeks. come back if it gets worse, or better."
*She smiles and wraps the sheets in a parcel of waxed paper*
"You know the drill. dampen with fresh water and apply. bandage throughly and don't remove till it's dried out."

"Understood." He responded fairly cheerfully as he moved over to the place indicated by Kira. He put the package down on the table just in time to see the Mendenhall's "final touch" to the ointment. Apparently the healing here would be assisted with a "natural approach", much like most of the Devoncroix practices from what he could tell. It was curious to once again observe such methods after a long while. But now that the healing was finished and he had placed the package at its rightful spot, Tsu once again headed for the doors. "I'll drop by some other time, Lady Mendenhall." He promised before passing through them and dissapearing...

*flec appeared just out side the door, a jar of glowing liquid in his hands. he stepped through the door quietly* Ms. Kira? i forgot to send the garlic essence concentrate with the other ingredients... sweatdrop

"YOU young man, need to be more prompt with my deliveries. Silly boy. Come in, set it on the counter with the other items. Tell me you wrapped the barium in Lead, right? I can't be losing my fur."

*flec chuckled* of course, and i kept it below freezing to keep it solid, just like you said...and i would have been early actually if it werent for a vampire hunting patrol that sent me a day behind schedule...

She looks at you appraisingly, and says nothing

She sighs with relief
"Good. I don't want to lose anybody when i can do something about it. By the By, Have you seen Adenar?"
Distractedly, she takes the vial of garlic essence and puts it on a shelf. She then begins to unpack the box
"Vampire venom, Man, I don't know how you got this stuff, but hopefully i can brew an antidote out of it... It's a touchy process, and i'm a little shaky."
Putting the phial of venom on the counter, she pulls out the barium, and shuffles it into the cold storage unit in the back
"Man, I haven't worked with Barium for years. Flec, I'm glad i've got you to get me the black market reagents. How much do i owe you for this stuff...?"

flec calculated in his head, numbers and images running rampant in his mind "lets see...3 steaks and a vial of dandelion juice. and if its not too much trouble, can you throw in a vmapire venom antidote when you make it? if you need it, its ok."

"Oh, flec, I would have been able to make an antidote with less than a drop of this stuff. Once i make the recipie, I will mass produce so that everyone can have a syringe, just in case. As for the Dandelion juice, I'll have to make it fresh. There are steaks in the fridge in the back, go ahead and help yourself, and I'll start your dandelion juice. Do you want it flavored, sugared, or straight?"

flecs eyes lit up "sugared, please" *ha walked over to the fridge, grabbing 3 juicy steaks. hr looked back at her, a steak hanging from his jaws. "and you can wait on the juice, if you want. the antidote is more important to all of us..."

"Oh posh. Antidote will take a lot longer, and i can make dandelion juice in a couple of minutes."
Kira Grabs a handful of fresh dandelions form a pot by the door and tosses them in a white bowl. She then Adds a bit of sugar beet and a whole lot of water. Grabbing a strange metal looped claw extender, she stuffs her paws in the bowl and mixes furiously, her red hair escaping from her bun and flying around her face as she grins and makes funny faces. She then pulls her paws out and shakes them off. Grabbing a piece of cheese cloth, she strains the pulp from the clear yellow liquid into a large jar and hands it to Flec
"There you go dove. Enjoy."
