Tears burned in Sario's eyes, hearing Legede's harsh words. But what did she expect? The woman would be acting the same if he had hurt her the way she did. "My lord," she found her voice, taking a step closer and bowing to Mandos. "I am prepared to do whatever it takes to seal Melkor away for good and I pray that it is enough..." She placed a hand over her heart, still bent over as curls fell into her face. "But sometimes, Mandos, one can only take so much..." she whispered as she finally straightened and acting as if that little comment had not been voiced. "With Sallia's aid, we are ready to attack Nufenie's fortress but our numbers have been greatly decreased due to the previous attacks, so to face her army might weaken us even more up to the assault."

Legede had heard Sario's whispered words, as had Legolas, but neither commented on them. "But Mandos is right, we need to draw Nufeniel's army away from her fortress." Legede looked to his friend, "I will lead them, if you allow." he said. "I have not the power I once had, and thus will have to rely on the gifts which I gained through my years of commanding Mirkwood's forces." Legolas nodded, "I do not think it wise to let you do this alone, mellon nin." But the captain shook his head, "I can lead this army and we may win."

"YAVANNA!!!" Vala cried out with glee, leaping from Thranduil's shoulder and tackle-embracing the Tree Mother spirit. Sallia blinked a few times. Shanra blinked a few times. Both Xarik'n's blinked a few times and tried not to laugh, because of the looks on the others' faces. Yavannah nuzzled him and cooed sweetly. "Ah, my little plant-healer! How goes it?" "Good!!" Vala beamed up at her, adoring her praise. "I talked to the oaks in the far east this morning!! Their differences are settled, and they showed me how their leaves and bark can be used for pain!!!" "Ahhh, yes, that is very pleasing to me." Yavanna stroked his hair sweetly, eyes glowing and warm. "You are doing a good job. Now, my little Vala, let us let your parents talk, alright??" Vala nodded, eyes shining brightly. "Okies!" Sallia decided she'd deal with the fact that the Tree Mother was Yavanna later. Well, that certainly did add a bit of urgency to her mission, then. Sallia stepped forward, as did Shanra, although it was he that spoke. "I have a rapidly growing band of rogues that I may supply for this endeavor. How I feel about the Valar in general, I shall not be bringing to this table; the bottomline to this is we have to save Legolia, and either destroy or get that pendant back. When we leave to attack is also a factor." He walked in a little circle around the center. "If you give me until early tomorrow morning, I guarantee all of my men.." Sallia glared at him. "--AND women...." he corrected, "will be here. On top of this, the troops we have will need to get prepared. That will take some time as well." Sallia stepped out from behind Yavanna and Mandos, kneeling to the ground with a stick. She attempted to draw a map in the dirt, but it didn't look too well....at all....actually, it looked more pathetic than a human child's abilities to draw maps. She blushed, until Shanra held her one of his own, which she opened to show everyone. "Alright." She coughed a bit. "Here is where we'd have to have the said distractions... As for inside, that'll be another thing entirely. If it's the place I remember..." She tapped on her lip. "There is a multitude of rooms dungeon-wise, some better sealed than others." If only it had been her and Agrothion's old castle. They'd be able to sneak in with that trap door and get her out in no time. "Some of those rooms may hold more than scattered bones, I'd imagine, so that will also be something to consider. Xarik'n, a map of the fortress?" "What am I, a Copy-Mart--------Oh... um... Yeah, sure." He handed her the scroll, crossed his arms and watched. He forgot. They had no clue was a Copy Mart was. Sallia examined it also, looking for any weaknesses. "Distraction-wise, Shanra, I'm sure you and Tallison will be able to pull off what you did before...Couldn't you?" She glared at Tallison, as if to dare him to say no after what she put him through. "At least until I can cast the spell to eliminate the rest of...them........ ......Ahhhhhhhh, shoot." She kinda needed the necklace to do that. "Well, unless we forge another one now, my Little One, no, you won't be able to use that to your advantage." Yavanna spoke soothingly. "On the otherhand," Sallia mused, "I'm not sure the enemy knows of the necklace yet.... We could possibly use that to their advantage. A bluff. C'mon, people. Ideas???" She paced around some, thinking deeply. "I could always lend MY army to help." Sallia froze where she was, eyes widening, and her gaze immediately moving to Legolas. She only had that look when she was around one person. Shanra and Xarik'n both had to temporarily leave the circle until their hysterical laughter died down. Sallia's father stood sternly behind her, Sallia trying to smile and laughing nervously. Very nervously. Vala peered over at him with knowing eyes. "Oh! He's YOUR ada, isn't he, Mommy????" She nodded a little bit, as Korion placed his hands on her shoulders, moving forward to the little boy. "Mommy, did you say?" He nodded. He glanced at Legolas and his daughter, and laughed. "....Been hiding something, Little one?.... --The armies and alliances to the rogue nations around here are at your disposal, as is any armor or weapons or horses and the such I can provide. The best place to attack the fortress, by the way, would be from the passages into the back of Mordor. The rogues and elves or men or whomever distract them with a challenge to the front, keep an additional army to each side to avoid being flanked, and you're set." Shanra saluted. "Thank YOU, Ada." He saluted back. "Mmmmhm." And removed himself to the back ranks of the circle. Sallia smiled... though faintly dreading the man's upcoming lecture. "Any other pledges, suggestions, opinions....? Eheheheh..." ^_^(__);;;;;;;

"You have not yet decided who will be present to defeat Melkor and her sorceress." Mandos spoke. Legolas nodded, "Aye. We may have a plan on how to get in and how to distract, but nothing about how to defeat. I know Sario will be fighting against Melkor, but I think that Tallison should confront Nufeniel and, as much as I hate to say it, have Sallia and or Shanra there with them as a backup. From what I can remember," he spoke with a slight sigh, "Tallison did a fine job of injuring Nufeniel when I was rescued. I know, as much as I would love to drive a sword through that wench's heart, that I am not match for her magic... at least without Sallia's necklace. If there was possibly some way to stall Melkor and Nufeniel while Legolia was saved and, thus, gaining us the advantage of the necklace, then I would gladly stand up to Nufeniel on my own."

Sallia nodded. "I trust your judgement, meleth." Shanra mumbled. "Aww, maaaannn.. Alright." Sallia shrugged. "And besides, if Tallison slips up, I'll tackle her! I have before! Let her think about looking at MY husband that way again..." Anger and jealousy was brewing; she was very, very, very protective of her husband. Let the wrong wench come along and try to take him. She dared them. And being near Nufeniel would mean she might be able to snatch THAT necklace, and use it to her advantage. "And I have some magick, mostly shields...Few are offensive..." Shanra gave an innocent, boyish smile. "Umm...I...like...fire. Does Nufeniel...not...like...fire?" Sallia giggled. "She won't if you distract her by catching her dress aflame. Either you or Tallison could fool her into thinking it either a defection or because you're vying for her feminine affections." She coughed, and gave a quiet grin over towards Legolas. Oh yeah. She was lookin' at him. "Flatter her. She needs it." She shrugged with a smile. "The rescue team... Easily the Xarik'n's. The elder should go first, because that'll be the one they place all the attention on. I doubt they would notice his presence a second time. Younger Xarik'n, you acquire Legolia. Do we have anyone else?? There may be trouble, some fighters would be handy. "

Talli crossed his arms, ignored at first by the group as he did not like having the talk centered about him and Sario. She seemed to be dealing well with it, considering that half didn't know what was going on and the other did. But when addressed about attacking Nufeniel, did he speak up. "I'll do what I can, though Valar knows my magick is not approved yet it's the same to Nufeniel's. I still liked Shanra's trick with the fireballs and I"m sure he can do well on his own. The Sorceress will be mine."

Legolas shook his head, "No, Tallison. Nufeniel is mine to deal with. I just want you to distract her long enough for Sallia and myself, along with the Xarik'n's, to rescue my sister and get the necklace." the prince looked to Mandos, "Hir nin, is there any possible way you could get Manwe and your fellow Valar to return your bestowed magic to Legede? I mean, you can take it right back of course, but just for this battle." The captain did not even look at the Vala as his friend spoke, instead focusing on the archer. Mandos began to shake his head but Legolas had more to say. "Is that not why you put him in the paths of danger before? Is it not why he has died in the past... for this power?" The Vala nodded, "Your words ring true, Thranduilion. I shall speak with Manwe when I go to Aule to retrieve the jar, which will be under Sario's care." he said this looking at the Maia. "I agree that Legede was given certain gifts in order to vanquish Melkor, and thus I will speak to my peers." Legolas nodded, "Hannon le. And as for you, Faramir." he said with a smile, "How does accompanying Aragorn with his portion of the army sound? There are still many men of Gondor who will need guidence."

Thea walked slowly toward the woman standing by the spring. She seemed to be talking to herself. This might be a bad sign but Thea was alone in a strange place so she headed over toward her. "Hello."

OOC: Lets replace Talli with Alandis.
BIC: Alandis turned to look at the newcomer, her eyes slightly distant while a smile remained on her gentle features. "Hello," she greeted back, arms hidden within the folds of her robes.

(((OOC: Pony-girl17, I took out the quote in your post. That's one of the rules... don't use quotes in the RPG (you can in the OOC topics, but not the stickys.). Also, another thing, make sure you use punctuation (not just quotation marks) and capitilization. That's another of the Rules. I also went back and changed all of your "He" words to "She" words because Talli is not at the Springs, he is at the meeting. Thus... he wasn't talking to himself, he was talking to the others at the meeting.)))

Rana shook her head "if I'm here for a purpose I do not know it yet, the only thing I'm good at is fighting" She fidled with her fingers glad again for the comforting weight of Elladan's hand on her shoulder it seeming to strive of her view on her own feelings "but I don't like it my father once said I had a gift for healing as well as killing but it seems strange to heal some people and unable to help others"

"Some you can not help but kill." Elrohir stated. "Some are better off dead." "You would not be talking about Tileng, would you?" the elder twin asked with a smirk. Ro nodded, "Who else... and that wench he worked for. They deserved what they got after what they did to Estel and Legolas." "True enough." Elladan said, looking to Rana. "Ro has a point. Some people can not be swayed and their hearts can not be healed. Thus, sometimes it is better to make sure they can not harm anyone else ever again."

"I feel so much better about some of the things I have done now ... I have killed a few humans but now I see that I was protecting overs"
Rana turned pulling her arms around herself wishing she still had her cloak though what she really wanted was a change of clothing, she shrugged a little and ran a hand through her hair again dispairing for the first time about her apperance
