If he were less serious, and an anime character, he would face-palm. But he's not, so no face-palm. Instead... "An astute suggestion." In an utterly deadpan tone. Was he being serious, or joking? Can't tell. Seems his facial expressions don't work right.

Alec was quiet, gazing into the distance. "There is something here, the bugs dont want us having. Some kind of precious rescource that can seriously hamper their efforts. So many workers can only mean one thing. I think we found their supply bunker." He said quietly. "Command has no idea how much this could mean to a total victory if we can find the head of the bugs here."

He walked off casting his mind out trying to find where the bugs were. The thought patters were unceasingly dull, and occassionally he'd get the dull"Kill. Kill. Kill.." of the Bug mind.

Lance mentally snorted. INTEL was rarely accurate. And when it was, something always changed. He kept backing up, keeping his attention on the area in front of him. And that was the problem. He tripped, on a rock. And it wasn't just an 'Oops, my bad.' moment. No, it was a catastrophic trip. He toppled backwards, his trigger finger already tensed, he sprays about ten rounds ahead of him and above him, before landing firmly on his back with a mental groan. "Negative contact! Just uh... tripped."
