Very close, but I also believe that Captain Ginyu used it while he took over Goku's body.

Saiyan Master Vegeta I'll just tell you guys now. It was Piccolo lifting a pyramid by means of telekinesis (early Dragonball Z). If the Kai's black material was as dense as the material leftover from the formation of a very real neutron star, then it would be way heavier than a pyramid. One teaspoon of that stuff would weigh 100 million metric tons. Realistically, if the Kai did have the most dense material, it would weight a lot more than a pyramid.

Vegeta used it in the anime when they were inside super buu. It was called the final Kamehameha I believe and he did it with Goku.

How many punches did SSJ4 Gogeta deliver to Mega Shenron that, to Gogeta's surprise, 'only' gave him a nose bleed?

Ladydriger Frieza's tail was cut off by goku when e hit him with the spirit bomb attack. Well the question of who cut off frieza'a tail is a odd one. Truth is he looses it by Kirlilin and then gets it back in form 4. Then when he goes 100% he looses it again. just a artists glitch.
