I was a big fan of Cardcaptors and was very sad when the show was cut. I spend a lot of time in bookstores and about three or four years ago I found the series. I read the first two right in the bookstore so I decided to invest in more. I think that it is a wonderful series, a little twist from the story from cardcaptops but i feel had the Cardcaptor's story continued it would be something like Tsubasa. ninja

I was first introduced to Tsubasa by one of my best friends. She just came up to me one day with the first volume in her hand and suggested that I read it. So I did and I loved it and I've been hooked ever since. I mean, I was already a fan of CLAMP in the first place so I knew that I would like it and I did.

My friend sent m an e-mail, yelling about some crossover series by Clamp so I checked it out.
But I was into Holic before I even notice Tsubasa existed.

I was a fan of Cardcaptor Sakura back in the day when the crap dub was airing XD but then I sort of forgot about CLAMP when other fandoms took over XD;; A couple of years ago I had a Tsubasa fanart request and remembered Sakura and Syaoran from CCS lawl~ at that time I didn't have the time to check out Tsubasa but promised myself that I would and about a year later I finally had the time to read it online and instantly fell in love with it and CLAMP all over again~

I got in to Tsubasa through this website actually. I did those poll's to get the free items and after the third I am like, "ok you have my attention, I will watch the show." So I started watching the jap version, however after I heard they never finished the series I thought there was no point to keep watching.

okay so I hate to admit it, but I was actually interduced to Tsubasa because of the quest to get Fai's coat up on here in Gaia. >.< It finally took me by the brain and intrested me somewhat. But I didn't start to show an intrest until the mokona hat come out and I was hooked. (I've read and watched Magic Knights Rayearth like a drug same with CCS) So I saw Tsubasa on onemanga.com and I figured why not. So I read the first couple of chapters, and quickly got drew in by the beautiful Fai and the handsome Kuro-chan. And I read all the chapters so far. Bought all the books in America (1-18 ) (which took me forever to work up enough money to get them all!!) and im addicted to most CLAMP series >.< I've loved CLAMP since I was very little so its only fitting to be obbsessed with em' now! (laugh)

A friend of mine named Tina introduced it to me about 2-3ish years ago. I was at school and she showed me the book, and said "look! doesn't it look familiar?" (it had sakura and syaoran on it) After that i went home and searched on the internet and learned all about it. The reason i kept reading it was cause i was curious if sakura and syaoran are both from Cardcaptors. Ive been reading it ever since and drew fanart for it, im seriously obsessed with it.

i found out about tsubasa YEARS ago XD
I was obsessed with Card Captor Sakura and there was a fanfiction author who had a page about Tsubasa on her website. She had found a picture of the cover of the first book and thought it might be the continuation of the card captor series. So i kept the info in my head until the first book was released.

i sort of think that i was introduced to it by hitsuzen. ^^
these all happened at around the same time.
1. i had a set of chuka ichiban comics, and in the back there was an ad for tsubasa. i remember marveling over the clothes designs and thinking that i wanted to try reading it.
2. my dad gave me one of those asian plastic things that are supposed to be used for putting under a notebook page so you can write on a better surface - in chinese they're called "dian zi" and there was a pic of syaoran from cardcaptor sakura. i had no idea it was related at all to the tsubasa ad, but i liked the picture a lot.
3. by sheer coincidence, i was watching tv and came upon a tv show called saiunkoku monogatari, which i really liked. i looked it up on youtube, and there was an amv with saiunkoku monogatari's theme song but with syaoran and sakura pics. i thought they looked really familiar but just couldn't place it.
4. on a completely random search of youtube, i came upon a song whose name i liked A LOT - "A Song of Storm and Fire." and as u probably know, that's one of the main songs played in the tsubasa anime.
i finally clicked everything together, and realized it was all the same thing.

i love cardcaptor sakura before i know tsubasa chronicles. one of my friends noticed that i like clamp's style of drawing and introduce tsubasa to me, saying that it is WAY better than cardcaptor! lol
so... i started reading the manga, then the anime came out and i watched it and just loves it more and more and now i'm a total fan! 4laugh

Just how I uusally get started on manga: I get bored in the book store and I start looking at manga, and bam! awesome new series that I read. (and that's also how I read to much manga crying )

Introduced.. during the summer, by me : ).
It was after magic knight rayearth.. and looking on wikipedia.. i somehow came to TRC (b/c of mokona i guess + CLAMP). Then i searched it on youtube.. and went crazy about it smile . I was shocked that so many of the characters were from cardcaptor sakura :O. It was the coolest thing ever! And many other characters from other manga/anime. It was like intertwining them. And some even overlapped with the other mangas whee .
It was just so magical and yet so real !

I somehow stumbled onto xxxHolic on my own. Since they crossover a couple times, I decided to start reading Tsubasa.
