hybra only glared back at hazel.. it seemed as tho he wasnt in control over his own body....again.

then hybras gaze focused on the real pein, that itachi was toying with in the genjutsu..

hybra walked slowly to him... deflectin attacks without even moving. the wind was doing all his work...

hybra reached pein.. looked at him in the eyes and said "pain?....ill...show..you ...pain..." in a deep growl. then plunged one hand clear through pains skull. pains body twitched...then went limp... hybra pulled his arm back out...then collapsed to his knees. and came too without remembering anything

"whats...whats going on?" he said... confused, while looking from his hand, covered in blood...to hazel, and back again.

the other pain bodies fell limp, then turned to dust, and vanished.

hybra stood up. still staring at his hand
"this is why....i left the village....years ago.....i feared...that this...side....to me, would perhaps. lead me to do something aweful...." he looked at itachi. "i wasnt the only one....madara...madara set me up...he did this to me... i dont know who else was involved...but he set it up.. he was like me.."

hybra lowered his hand and began to walk to a nearby tree...he leaned on it. and became lost, in deep thought..

itachi took the time to bandage his eye more meticulously. he knew hybra was going through a tough time. but he figured he could handle it

"well..." itachi began, his eyes focused on hybra but his face and body were facing hazel "first, we need to find a way to convince the anbu your not rouge. perhaps they will over look it since we all finished akatsuki. but they might still punish you. i mean, you did commit homicide." itachi rubbed his chin...

hybra was still lost in thought, completely oblivious as to what was happening.
he was just staring at the ground

itachi moved his gaze to hazel "but your the only witness to that...and your the suspect here. they would claim that you went fugetive, taking the lawinto your own hands."

hybra flinched at that. his eyes widened a little but not enought fro anyone to notice

itachi continued "an eye for an eye...makes the whole world blind" he said. gesturing to his mangekyo. "not only a good quote. but also true for the sharingan.

hybra quietly whispered. "i dont even know who...or what i am anymore.." then he took off. it looked like he vanished. it was so sudden.

he ran off in the woods. hopping tree branches. one tear formed in his eye but he ignored it "am i stil an uchiha?" he thought "if my blood has been changed....then what am i?" he pressed on. going faster than he thought he could. until he reached a lone branch over looking the leaf village...he then sat down. in the peace and quiet. hopeing he hadnt been followed. he wanted to be alone. yet at the same time...he wanted his family...

itachi didnt know whether to pursue hybra or ecort hazel to the village..

itachi was looking at the trees when he said "ok hazel. lets head back. we can try to lighten your punishment." he moved his glance to her, then turned around and began to walk down a path. leading to the village


hybra was on the branch. he could see the village, and the village gate, he was high up. he let the wind blow through his hair, he wasnt controlling it, it was the winds own power. as if it was trying to comfort him... he looked up, then closed his eyes. flashes of that fateful day came back. he flinched...then images...of ...his family.. itachi...hazel...sasuke...and he relaxed.....

itachi took a deep breth and sighed it back out. "your life is in danger right now, the anbu are after you. hybra is in no danger. this is the priority right now. we can look for him later." he said. though deeply, and secretly, he waited for her to protest...hoping she would.

hybra was in a relaxed state... he was still wondering what he was. if he could even call himself an uchiha... he was beginning to regret killing madara...madara could have had some useful info on what happened to hybra.

"i guess....ill have to dedicate my life...to finding out what i am..." he said looking up to the sky...then he let his gaze fall to the ground below him "even if i can never find the answer....its my purpose for living now..."

itachi looked at sasuke. "tats a good idea sasuke. go try to find him, but hes good at hiding, hes as elite as i am when it comes to covert tactics. he can hide his scent trail with the wind, and so on." itachi motioned to hazel and ty. "you two follow me"
and he continued down the trail.

hybra was still sitting, and thinking
