Westly returned to the Delinquent Deathblow. He smiled at Grace and Ayumi. He did not smile at Harou because the Chuunin Exams wouldn't actually start for another few weeks and so Harou was, at that time, still at the Seisatsu Clan grounds with Euria. In fact, it was extremely crucial that Harou was, in fact, at the Seisatsu Clan Grounds. The more Earth-nin defending a place up in the mountains, the better.
"This is ridiculous," he said. "Jin can go eat an exploding tag, I'm not kiting Chaos all the way to the Mount Gaioh. My first first idea was better. This, you two can definitely help with: we need to evacuate the noncombatants. Basically, find everyone who isn't wearing a headband..." He trailed off. The ninjas of Gaioh had always been pretty laid-back about their employee dress code. Westly himself wasn't wearing his headband as he spoke. "Find everyone, no exceptions, and get them to the Seisatsu Clan Grounds safely. We should travel in groups of three ninjas, minimum, so you two are with me to begin. If you encounter any allied ninjas, get them to help with the evacuation. Do not engage enemy targets if it can be avoided. Our first priority is to protect those who cannot protect themselves." He grinned. "Trial by fire, eh? I'm gonna make a few calls, then we're moving out."

Precisely why It's actually just a CLONE of Harou. See, Harou wanted to see what Westly and his group were up to.

Ayumi stared intently at Westly with those eyes of hers, listening to his words. She returned his smile, blushed a bit, gave him a quick nod, and stood up ready for action. Her fists came up in front of her chest and tightened into fists. She was ready, despite not saying so.

Westly checked in and around Jin's room and, after a brief search, managed to scrounge up his cell number.
"Oi, Jin, change of plans."
I'm not aggroing Chaos, I'm not kiting him all the way to Mount Gaioh, and with all due respect, good sir, you can just ******** right off.
Aloud, he said,"We're evacuating all the noncombatants to the Seisatsu Clan Grounds. You know where that is, right? Up in the mountains away from the fighting? Rouen's team should have a refugee camp slash military base up and running for us when we get there. The rest of us need to start moving people out of here. You've got a three-person team already, and I managed to find two more Genin to make my own."
All that was left was to seal the deal for Jin to make sure he'd go along with the plan. "My team is at the Deathblow, so we'll start there. Why don't you start over, oh... say... near the Hosptial? I mean, it's very important to make sure all the sick and injured get out okay. And I don't think the Seisatsu Clan Grounds has a fully-stocked medical facility, so I need you to make sure that there's going to be enough medical supplies to treat all the patients and all the people likely to be injured defending the Seisatsu Grounds." He wondered if Jin could hear him grinning. "Can't really say how much we'll need exactly, but best to err on the side of caution, don't you think?"

After he finished talking to Jin, Westly returned to the two girls. "Alright," he said, smiling, "We're heading out now. I didn't catch your name, by the way."

Ayumi simply stared at Westly. Her lips moved slightly, but nothing came out. She wasn't one for talking, but this was an emergency. Slowly her mouth moved and a single broken word was formed. Westly was lucky that Ayumi had taken a liking to him otherwise he wouldn't have even gotten a name out of her.
"A-Yu-mi." she said in a whisper of a voice.

Westly blinked. Now that I think about it, I never quite asked if she was a Genin or just a girl who wandered in looking for someone to play with.
He smiled kindly. "Alright, then, Ayumi, follow me! It's time to go save the world! You too, Grace. I hope you've been practicing the jutsus I told you about. Let's go!"
(( Hopping over to the thread at the top of the Main/Shops forum. The one flagged as an announcement thread that's over 200 pages long. Someone should clean that out, I think... ))

Not bothering to slow his pace, Tougura used the door to stop him as he entered the well-known area of Forza's gang of genin and delinquents alike. Of course...using the door to stop him actually meant crashing through it using his shoulder to cushion the blow but, at the moment, Tougura ignored this fact.
"IS ANYONE HERE!?"
he called out into what seemed like any ordinary training dojo. Hopefully, there would be someone inside the building who could tell Tougura what the hell was going on.
You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago.

Shin was startled by the sound of someones voice, he was meditating and his peace was just broken. So he stood up from his Indian style position and grabbed his white leather jacket to put it on and go into the lobby and greet the unknown person, only to find out that, the unknown person is none other than Tougura. An old face that Shin had not seen in a while.
"Yo! Tougura long time no see!"
Shin whiped his brownish black locks over his head to get a good look at Tougura and Shin could feel and see that something was wrong.

Honestly, Tougura was happy that it was Shin in the building instead of Forza or his helpers. At least Shin, while he may not know the entire story, would tell him everything he knew.
"Now, tell me what the hell's been happening to this village since I left. A house doesn't get robbed an blown up unless there's something much larger going on."
You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago.

Shin rubbed his chin for a bit trying to gather his thoughts on what was going on. Even though Shin did not have that much involvement in what has taken place in the last few weeks or so.
"Hmmmm..well your former Sensei Chaos attacked the village with a few of his minions. It seems most of his minions have been ordered to target all the elite ninja in this village to distracted them from something bigger. Oh and the Hanekage's office was yet again destroyed. According to Shinji and Kashin they assume Chaos is playing some sort of game...you know like chess. Oh and I lost my chunin exam match due to a reckless decision, but that's not important now."
Shin had told everything he knew to Tougura about what was going on in the village to the best of his knowledge. Now he just waited for Tougura's response.

Togura took in the little amount of information with the greatest care. Little did Shin know, Tougura was already making connections and decisions in his head.
Chaos and the White Hand resurfacing at the same time...there's no way this is a coincidence. Though...Chaos usually works alone. Something has to be different this time around. Shin said he's treating Gaioh as if it were a game...but why? Chaos' style is purely blitzkrieg, usually no strategy is seen until the end result."
Tougura punched the nearest wall and sighed.
"I came all this way for something that doesn't make sense..."
He turned to the door and was about to open it, but then turned back and commented to Shin.
"If what you say is correct, I'll need to scout around to see what shinobi are left to protect the village. Do you wish to join me?"

Shin was already heading towards his locker grabbing a fresh new stocked weapons holster. He grabbed a belt that had small scroll holsters on them and a dagger. Shin even grabbed his Gaioh forehead protector to put it on. and last but not least Shin picked up the blue scroll that is the same length of a Wakazashi blade and placed it on the scroll holder that was strapped to his back.
"I'm ready when you are Tougura"

Tougura walked up to the building and examined it. It wasn't as if the building looked abandoned...just...creepy. It looked, almost, as if it hadn't seen a human hand in months.
Without pausing to see if anyone was actually in the building, Tougura opened the door and walked into, what appeared to be, a dust-covered lounge.
If my judgments about that boy were correct, he will gather all of his comrades in one place...who knows. I may just luck-out and have him show up here.
Tougura flipped on one of the light-switches and plopped himself down, onto the floor. Hell, it seemed cleaner than some of the furniture in there.
