((Well I be...this different...nice twist! Poor Selena..set her up to be prefect bad guy...maybe...not sure as of yet.))
The drawf ranked his fingers across the metal of his axe. Two hours now and they were waiting...just because some pointy ear pain the a** said not yet. God elves just didn't sit right with him. Hairless pains!!
"It's time!"
The drawf almost leaped out his skin at the words. He whirled around to see the elf and head leader of the varden, weapons at ready. It was about damn time!
Selena kept her face lowered as she walked back towards the house that Sang stayed. Her leg pained her from when the soldier kicked her for fun. A smile graced her lips when she thought of Sang rushing to tend her leg. The smile grew even more when she thought more about him. She rounded the corner and looked into the house just as Sang and Mai were kissing. She frooze on spot, completely shook! Why was he kissing her!?
"What's going on," she muttered not wanting to believe what her brain told her.
She quickly picked up the pace towards the house as she saw Sang exit the house with a bag, "Sang...what is going on!?"

"Selena?!" Sangs voice pierces into the night as he turns his head and his body freezes in place as he see her nearly running towards him. holding the half stuffed back slung over his shoulder with rations of food and water as his clothes were all ready strapped to Sûreté's saddle. At this time Sang learned exactly how hard it was going to be to tell her good bye. as his mind went blank, and unable to think of any words. his hands went clammy as they hung to his sides and latched tighter to the bag over his shoulder. but after a few seconds his mind kicks in and he sighs deeply as he turns and walks up to Sûreté as she was lying on her stomic her head stretched high into he sky as he r tailed swashed fro side t side like a cats. "Better to get her away from Mai's ear range, or presence so it wont get to out of hand." He thought to himself as he drops the sack on the ground turning to face Selena once again his heart sinking for not being able to thank her properly for all she did.

Selena took a few step away. Something was very wrong. She found a rock on the ground started to stare a hole into it, "Sang...why were you kissing her?"

after running the millions of possible reasons through his mind, things like she tripped, or it was and accident, might have explained the kiss... but the rations and his clothes strapped to his dragons saddle would be much harder to enplane. after looking to his feet for a few seconds Sang lifted his eyes to look at Selena's even though she was not their to meet him.
"I'm leaving the kings ranks." He finally blurts out trying to change the subject back to one he could defend.

Selena head flew up, shock evident on her face. She had tried to get him to leave before but he didn't. What change him mind? Selena smiled and was about to wrap her arms around by Mai name flashed through her mind again. She looked at Sang, "I am happy that you are no longer the king lacky but...what made you change your mind when I couldn't!"
Selena looked at the window she had saw Mai and Sang kissing. She saw Mai there packing what she could. A streak of jealous suddenly ran through her out of no where that started her. She looked back at Sang, "It was her...."

"Mai, had nothing more to do with it than Dersa, and a set of orders i could never follow." Sang comments quickly. As he steps away from the saddle and towards Selena his mind racing franticly for answers or excuses but he found none for his actions. "Did she see me kissing Mai?" races suddenly through his mind as he stops moving. his hands were lightly clenched into fists as he locks his eyes on Selena, though they were filled with hope he couldn't help but feel pain in the back of his mind that cause his heart to sink even further into a dark and cold pit. Dropping his head down he figured head explain himself before she asked him to or before she lost it.
"The king ordered me to kill her, before the sun rose this vary morning." Rising his head "I couldn't kill her Selena, not after only a day, not after i just found someone like me, someone i could truly call my family..." shutting up quickly after these words slipped from his lips he closes his mouth, and his eyes dart to the ground even though their was a little bit more to say but he feared saying it because of what might happen.

Mai sat down on his bed. But she new she couldn't st for long. She rose up again and stretched her arms. "I guess I bettr go out to," she said softly to her self. Seh started to walk out of the room and then down the hall to the door and then outside. Where both Seleana and Sang were. She didn't know Seleana was there, she only new Sang was there. Bu when she neared the oor. she heard voices, one from Sang, and another she was unfamiliar with. Could this be Seleana. She opened the door and walked out. She saw her dragon who was in the shadows watching the smal conversation going on. She walked over to see her dragon and then watched what was going on. Msi had faintly heard from Seleana. "Why were you kissing her," she didn't move from her shadows and stayed put near her dragon unscean. She didn't want to be the cause of the fight. But if the girl started to act back and wanted Sang for her self. She couldn't let that happen. Selana would be just wanting him for her self and would be acting thorugh jealousy. It would be rude and selfish. That's when she would act. But she stepped out of eh shhadows anyways. "Are you ready to go Sang?" she asked. Her dragon stepped out of the shadows. The sky glinted on the dragons skin. It shimmerd and she resembled water in some way. They dragon was ready to protet if needed. Mai had her sword around her waist sheathed. As well as random daggersplaced around her body unscean under her coat. ((Sorry, bit of a long post))

Hearing Mai's words Sang's head turns to look at the young laidy a faint smile growing on his lips as he turns to fasten his last bag onto Sûreté. his heart started to grow heavy as his ears still herd no response from Selena but by now he knew what would have to happen. despite the fact that his saddle could only carry one, what would happen if Mai watched as him bring Selena along. putting the questions of if he loved the one more than the other, or he lied just to gain some level of trust. and if that was the bargain for his word than what was their to say that he wouldn't go back to the king once he had her trained up fully and loyal only to him?... no, his time he had to play the risky hand and pray the deck was not rigged against him. turning around he looks to Selena's feet almost unwilling to rise to meet her face much less her eye's but he did slowly rise his glance to meet them. his mouth, face and eyes filled with conviction to leave no matter what she said. he just hoped that things would not go wrong once he did... "How much do you care for me Selena?... is it enough to train up once again and come hunting for me?... will you come to steal me back no matter what i do?... or will it be to kill me for braking your heart...." he thinks to himself as he keeps a soft hand on Sûreté's hide.

Selena could help but glare at Mai as she showed herself. She was happy that Sang was leaving to run from the king's evil but...she getting angry that it was this women that had change him mind. What did she have that she did not! Selena looked up at Sang, "Sang...promise me that one day you will come back for me alright. Once this war is over and peace comes. To leave out our days togethers...please."

Sighing softly Sang walks up to Selena his face turning a bit to soft to prove his conviction in his words or actions as h gently wraps his arms around her holding her tightly to him. "im not sure i can keep that promise Selena." He whispers to her just barely audible given their closeness. Quickly pulling his arms from her sides he almost runs to hop into the saddle on Sûreté's back a she quickly and immediately launched into the air staying a few feet above the tree line as Sangs eyes locked on the girl he left standing on the ground waiting for Mai to take of and catch up.

Mai looked at Seleana and what Sang had done. She stood in a bit of shock but watched Sang leave. "HEy wait up. I don't know where to go," she yelled. Jumping onto Rains saddle her self she flew off into the early morning sky. The sun had started to rise just over the hill tops. Everything looked orange. She caught up to Sang. She flew by him on the side. Everything was packed with her dragon.

After a ew minuets of Flight Sûreté's breath starts to turn to heavy for sang to feel smart about having her push this hard.
"you wing is still giving you problems isent it Sûreté?"
"its nothing"
"Dont give me that come on, calm down. slow the beats and lets see if we can find a place to rest till you can fly again."
groaning softly their wasn't much she could say to have him change his mind. Sûreté started to scan the horizon. with the sun rising a few more degrees into the sky the world started to turn to its normal coloring and the gentle winds started to blow and despite the fact that Sang knew that they had to get s far as they could he was never going to risk killing his dragon.

Selena fell to her knees in a puddle of her own tears, crying her heart out. How could he? How could he just leave like that and forget everything so quickly? How could he leave HER!? It was her fault! Selena frooze when a pair of black feet appeared before her. Her head lifted to see Darsa looking down her as rain began to fall.
"Darsa..."
It didn't take long for the drawf to see the two dragon leave, "They are heading this way! Send out the force...the elf and I will take care of the dragon rider that works for the king!" The drawf took off through the woods like a man made, leaving a very aggrivated elf. "Drawfes," cried the elf as he went after the drawf.
Elf quickly passed the drawf, which of course annoyed the drawf to no end, and began to chant a spell to ground both dragons. The drawf began to run faster to keep up with the noncaring elf, his legs were a blur under him, "DAMN ELF!"
The skies darken and clouds rushed in blocking out the sun casting a darkness over the ground below. The wind began to pick up until even the tree moaned at the winds force upon their trunks. Lightning arched from the sky blinding around as if it was unable to see its opponent. Multiple clouds began to swirl and tunnel themselves to the ground causing massive damage to ground below as it scooped up everything the swirling cloud path. Soon the sky became littered with lightning and tornados, with rain that felt like cold knife againsted exposed skinned.
A tornade formed directly over Sang and Sûreté's flying forms and raced down to the ground directly beneath them. The funneling cloud acted like it was trying to swallow them up as it reached for the ground to stablize itself.

Getting surprised by the speed that the storm appeared and the power it held behind it Sang strapped himself in a bt tighter as Sûreté forgot about her injured wing and her body went slightly ore rigid as she forced the winds to bend around her till the tornado formed above them. catching a strong gust of wind Sûreté pushed her body vertical to catch as much of the winds as possible as she tried to avoid the cloud. when the clouds mouth started to follow them Sang pushed her to fly closer to the trees and the ground as the wake of her flight started to tear the week limbs into the air and pushed the trees apart like a wave. their direction not changing sense straight was the best way to get out alive. gripping onto the handle of his sword Sangs eyes started to dart around looking for any glimmer of armor or a person being betrayed by the lightning.

"Wat's going on," she shouted and gasped as Sang had almost been pulled into the tornado. With strong power Rain and Mai followed Sang. Also ready for any battle to come. "What's going on??? Who's there!?!?!? she screamed. She screaned it to the peple who had tried to take Sang. Rain seemed to be in a fury as well.
