I want to shave but I dont know how i would explain it to my parents if they noticed can anyone help me

Just make sure to wear pants if you shave. Also, make sure you don't shave with a razor. It itches like hell and you'll more then likely break out o_o

Good thinking. Also, weight lifters do it for competitions, maybe you could say you're interested in getting into that sort of thing?
