This is something that could be a concern for the guild, maybe, a year from now, but I'm still going to bring it up. I've been invited to a number of different guilds (I guess I'm a pretty popular gal) but this is the only one I've stuck with. The other ones were huge, and I didn't know where to start, I felt totally alone. And there were so many inside jokes that I couldn't even find the beginning of.
Now, I don't say any of this looking for thank-yous or such. I'm wondering, what is the right size for a guild? I want this to be a real community, where everyone at least has met each other. But a smaller guild is a slower guild. But again, there's a difference between quantity and quality, and it's not like a competition. So how big should this guild get? I'd love to here what people think, this is more then a crew decision because it effects everyone.

I think about a little more than 500 would be in order.
It is still much smaller than most of the guilds I seen and there should be enough ideas to go around. Once we reach this mark, however, we should try to get more members still, just try to be in more control than before to keep everything organized.

900-1000 should be good average guild size that way you don't have to wait a week for one response but it doesn't go so fast that you don't catch everything.
