Hi. A lot of you don't know me but I'm Viral. Anyways, I'm on this insane quest to get 1 of each monthly collectible. Yes, you heard that right. One of each. So far, I have all of 2007's. I missed out on most of 2006's due to being deployed to Iraq. I joined in 2005. I have 9 remaining for 2006 and 20 remaining from 2005. I haven't even begun worrying about 2003 or 2004. When the time comes, banks may be reinstated, making it easier to save towards those items. Anyhow, I just felt like posting to make a quest thread for my own progress. I hope to acquire one or two a week for now, but once I leave America on the 31st, I will be less likely to log on due to the fact that I plan to spend time with my wife and daughter. Thank you and I hope you all quest well yourselves.

Quest update : I acquired a Chyaku Norisu Scarf today. I won't go into the details of how but I did. smile And it was legally acquired before you think otherwise.

Thanks. smile I can't believe how much inflation affects things...I had enough for the Chyaku Norisu Scarf at 69k and then when I go to buy it, it was already 71k. It sucked.

I'd rather give someone the chance who doesn't have those items the chance to win them than try to win them and just end up selling them.

Those are newer items and things I do not really need though... oh ic. yeah we can't afford for other really expensive ones yet, cause we don't have enpough donations to the guild mule sweatdrop

light_angel115 its alright i understand 3nodding I'm not gonna lie though, it's interesting how many people are trying to do the same thing but hit a brick wall when they have to buy something over 50k. Once I finish 2006, I got 20 to go on 2005...I expect to finish 2005 by Christmas this year.
