alright ... there is this kid, Joey. He's been trouble to my neighborhood for so many years. I've had many problems with him and his family. Joey got my little brother into drugs a while back, and Andy (my little brother) almost died of an overdose that he gave him. I've beaten the s**t out of Joey, already, for that (he had to be taken to the hospital). Apparently, that wasn't enough though, and he started messing with my family once again. Him & his friend broke into my neighbor's house and stole their computer, then proceeded to blame it on Chris (my older brother). Which after confronting him face to face, ended with me punching out Danny's (the one who helped him)'s car window. Joey eventually got sent away to jail upstate for a little while, and when he came back, he was put on house arrest.
Now, he's out and terrorizing the neighborhood, once again.
Well, 2 weeks ago, he went over to this kid Corey's house (3 houses away from mine), busted all the windows, and stole 1/2 the stuff inside. The people called the cops... blah blah blah ... they got nothing on him. 3 days after that... Joey smashed all the windows & and dented the s**t out of their 3 cars. Few days later, the family (who are close with my parents), fearing for their safety, up & left. Just... Gone.
... What should I do now ....
aside from killing him
Any Ideas ?

Call the police on his a**, because he has a record, it would go against him. And if he comes back and does it again, he will be a three time loser.
If not, do it old school style and break his legs 3nodding

I already plan on dismembering his body, piece by piece.

I already plan on dismembering his body, piece by piece. And they did nothing?, thats just plain shitty. Get a video camera and try catching him in the act, just make sure not to get hurt or anything...Im still for the breaking of the legs.

Not like it'll be the first time I sent him to the hospital.

Catch him in the act, follow him around with a camera. This kid Jeremy used to be a good kid but now he's a retard and he was caught smoking pot on school grounds and people heard that he had sex in one of the bathrooms at school (you wonder why I don't use them) that and he wrote his name on the back of the post office where my dad works... Which makes me really mad and want to paint. gonk
