Alright, so I was googling all sorts of legal ways for me to increase my hormone levels and stuffs. I don't know if it will work, but I think I'll test it out many of those pills that are for men to increase their testosterone are mostly zinc, and vitamin B6. Its supposed to increase the free testosterone levels or something. I probably don't get enough vitamins anyways, so I figured just take a low dose, and see what happens. I don't have any form of health insurance so asking a doctor won't happen, and I doubt it will do much.
<.< >.> Any guys want to get the balls to ask?

Be very careful with trying to do things with vitamins. It is entirely possible to OD on them, and do horrible things to your body.
Also, if you have extra over what you need (not within the OD range) it'll just pass through your body, and be disposed.

I can tell you right now that no matter how many vitamins or supplements you might take, it won't appreciably raise your testosterone level to anything worth the cost of the pills themselves. Don't waste your money; save it for stuff later on that will do the job better, once available.

This is a medical issue and it's not a good idea to try to bypass it in any way by introducing anything to your body without consulting a doctor. Don't take shortcuts or quick fixes with your biology. You'll regret it later, be it physically or financially.

I'm not sure if this is inappropriate and random but eating licorice lowers your natural testosterone level. Licorice is used in alot of teas so if you're drinking it you could increase you testosterone if you stop drinking it. It makes a slight difference.
