1.Do you own a copy of earthbound? 2.How did you get it? 3.Snes or emulation better? 4.Played any of the hack version (earthbound chirtsmas.. Etc)
1.I have a copy for the snes and a emultion of the gamo on almost every console I own. 2.I got my copy of the game from a game rental store when thy went out of business for 12 dollars. 3.I like the Emulation better some times because I can cheat. 4.They have some cool extra for earthbound on starmen.net to make it x-mas ans stuff.

I've been fooling around for almost a week and I can't figure out how to play the pkhack games.
It's quite fustrating, so how do you do it?
What programs do you need bryon?
Edit: I figured it out. Jonbound is pretty funny.

I own a copy of Earthbound for the SNES. It deletes the saved data sometimes and gives me a message (forgot what it says but it says it got lost or something). I use to have the strategy guide but it got lost when my family moved.
1. Yes 2. My dad got bought it back in the mid-90s from my uncle who was selling a bunch of games (he got the bundle that came with the game and the guide). 3. SNES all the way (I play the rom sometimes. Mainly when I go to Greece and can't bring my SNES.) 4. Hacked version?! Never knew there was a hacked version.

I own a copy of Earthbound for my SNES. First game I ever bought without renting, my mom threw a fit. Still have the box, it hangs on my wall, still have the strategy guide, even still has the scratch and sniff cards attached in the back, but it's pretty dogeared.
Don't play it on ROM, it loses something.
I also have the Mother 1+2 GBA pack, got it when I was in Japan. Shoulda heard my host mother when she asked what I wanted to find for a souvenir and I said that...she was like, "Telebi gamu? (video games are called telebi games because they are for the television, and the japanese shorten things) We will go to the arcade, there is telebi gamu store beside it. Don't know that gamu though, just look." and they had it...cost me the equivalent of $50 too, but worth it.

I still have the game, works perfectly. Also have the player's guide, but that's falling apart. Not high quality binding, I guess.

30 bucks? Hells yeah...
I went into the local gaming store here and they've got $80 on it, no box or instructions or nothing.
