(( What's the matter with D and Naraka? What the hell happened to make them both crazy?!? This is the RP D and I did over AIM when Gaia crapped out on us. It explains aaaaaaall. It picks up from the middle of p 710 in the Shop thread in case you're interested.
Oh yes, and a warning-- it doesn't have much to do with the pets at all, so if you're looking for pet RP this is not a good place to do it. However, if you want to know a little about Nar's history, there's a good chunk of it in here.))
*nar spaces out, totally oblivious of the room clearing. He hums and mutters to himself over his work*

(( Yes and if you want to see D get her comeuppance this will also interest you. Bit of a description of where she lives too.
Oh and don't worry, it's STD free. blaugh ))
After waving goodbye to the others D soon found herself alone in the shop. Wait, not actually alone, Nar was still working away. He was so quite she hadn't realised he was there. Walking over she crouched in front of him, studing the design on the material.
((Ok he was humming and muttering))

Hearing him, D looks around at the pile of thread. Picking one up she shows it to him.
"That one any better?"

"Didn't realise I was so terrifying." She smirks. Standing up and sretching her legs, she takes a step backwards, give him some room. ^_^;;

She looks inocently at his frown then moves around so she's standing next to him, looking at the pattern and scene from the same angle. "It's very nice, where did you say you got it again?"

Friend made it. I forget how long ago... maybe... 800 years. I don't know. *he scratches his head* No... no, longer than that

So he does, or did, have friends, she thinks to herself, no matter what he said to Kanth.
"That old huh? It's very well preserved considering."
"They must have been very talented." She nods in agreement.

They most certainly were... He actually did another one just for me. I've been trying to take care of them. I don't really use them much....

"What exactly are they for? They look a bit like tapestries.."

"Oh if it's put away don't worry about it" She shrugs.
"I'd hang them up," She ponders looking arund at the walls, possibly for a suitable spot. "But they're yours and you've been doing a good job looking after them so far." She glance back at him.
"Plus, it'd probably be dangerous for them to be out in the open around here." ^_^

They probably would. And there really isn't all that much space for them here. *he sighs and puts his needle down to rest for a moment, rubbing his eyes* They deserve better than being stuffed away in boxes, but I don't have anywhere better to put them.
