Now, I'm sure somebody's heard of this!
It's about an orphan named Tohru Honda. She's 15, and lives in a tent after her mother's death. It turns out she is camping on the property of the mysterious Sohma family. It turns out that one of the Sohmas, Yuki, is in Tohru's class at school and is one of the most popular kids there. Tohru is taken in by Yuki and his guardian, Shigure. Pretty soon Tohru discovers the secret of the Sohmas: when hugged by a member of the opposite sex, they turn into a zodiac animal! (ex. Yuki is the Rat of the Sohma family). As Tohru continues living there after promising to keep the secret, she meets the other cursed Sohmas and learns of their pasts, and helps them cope with them.
This is one of the best anime/manga I've ever seen! Has anyone else seen it?

Fruits Basket~~ XD!! By far one of my favourite animes~ 3nodding Momiji is just adorable~ whee Very funny and nice anime...Can get kinda depressing sometimes as well ^^;

Natalya Mikhailov I been thinking about watching/reading it someday.. Hopefully sweatdrop you should! its wonderful. I got hooked as soon as I saw it. it does get a bit depressing at times...but that's the beauty of the series I guess. Kisa is my favorite character btw ^_^

definitely buy it! the manga's really getting good. the plot just keeps on getting more and more interesting.
It's up to vol. 15 in Japan and vol. 5 in the US

Clowmistress definitely buy it! the manga's really getting good. the plot just keeps on getting more and more interesting. It's up to vol. 15 in Japan and vol. 5 in the US wow~~ us still have long time to run~~ crying

Thanks ^_^ Yuu Watase is my second favorite manga-ka next to teh almighty CLAMP ^_^ I quite like her as well, but not as much as other three writer, they are Clamp, Chiho Saito and Chie Shinohara!! I love love love Chie Shinohara manga a lot a lot a lot, she is my farovite one if you just say the story!! Though her drawing cant compare with Clamp and Chie Shinohara or even Yuu Watase. But her storyline is the best!! If you have chance, remember to watch her manga, her manga is quite long one!!~
