Biweekly Assignment Rules and Procedure

This guild has a biweekly assignment that is group decided upon in all aspects. It happens like this;
Step 1: Submissions for ideas.
Step 2: Voting on ideas (majority wins).
Step 3: Completing the assignment (Please participate when you can, but it is not mandatory. Don't be afraid to share your work!)
Step 4: Collecting all submissions by due date and placing them in second post of the guild.
Step 5: Voting for the most liked picture (majority wins).
Step 6: The winner will be featured in the second post of the guild until the time comes to replace it with submissions for the next assignment.

Feel free to join this guild even if you don't plan to take part in assignments. Anyone can vote on the picture submissions (members and nonmembers, so please feel free to direct people to the guild when voting time comes around). You can vote for your own work, however, you cannot rally votes for yourself. All voting will be done by means of a poll (to keep things anonymous). If you have any questions about any of the things mentioned above, feel free to ask! No question will be ignored (on purpose).

Assignment
This biweekly assignment is "Water" and it will be due Wednesday September 8th.

I'm going to have to go ahead and ask that you remove that picture and link to it, because stretching the page makes Baby Jesus cry.

Here's my entry. I'll just put the link to keep from stretching the page.

Very nicely done WinterBear, but there are still some things that you could do better. Focus being the biggest. In other shots I've seen like that the foreground is consistantly crisp and clear and the background is very blurry, but on yours some of the blur seems to slip into the foreground.

Oh, yikes, sorry about that... and thanks for fixing it, whoever did that.

Eck, sick and tired here... I knew *something* was wrong with my post, but couldn't quite figure out what it was. sweatdrop

Yeah, I know it's not all the way in focus. I didn't have closeup lenses for this shot, so I tried to get the pic by adjusting the f-stop, but I didn't know what I was doing and put the f-stop too low. redface

Here's mine. Played around with throwing coins into my sink. I need a deeper container for water, the sink's too small. sweatdrop
