Okay, to start off, I'll tell you my theory: I think Gambino has rebuilt G-Corp, but instead of using it's technology for evil, Gambino will use it to find a cure to Gino's amnesia.
Why have a come to this conculsion, you ask?
Simple, At the second Anni-Ball, Gambino said, "Look at my son, Look at what he's become. I must regain my power to right this tragedy"
I can't exactly put it to words, but I know my theory is right..

I could understand Gambino wanting to cure his sons amnesia. But building a whole tower for it? There is definetly some other purpose. Being a Gambino fan, I am guessing it is good for gaia. But then again, I question that after seeing GAIA Action News 9's Cindy Donovinhs report, saying that he has locked himself in a place at the top of the tower... and there is no possible way in. Whats going on? I have no clue

I think the tower is going to be place where you can activate quests in the future.
