Family/friend(s)/allies with: His brother is one of his only allies. He isn't normally a 'good guy' so not many trust him, let alone is willing to help him.
History: Being born without a water ability within the water kingdom was quite hard for him when he was young. He would go around and say he was just very picky and would only show people his water abilities when he felt like it. Soon, it became harder and harder to hide the fact he didn't have any powers when his parents were some of the head healers of the kingdom. When other kids found out, they started to pick on him and teasing him. He felt like a disgrace to his family, he couldn't heal any one, he would drown if he tried to breathe under water. He felt useless, so, when he was a teenager, he ran away to Seve. There, he started to make a life, doing things that would benefit him and no one else.
Personality: Unnaturally cheerful to everyone he meets. He's extremely cold and ruthless, even while being cheery and smiley giving him a creepy aura. It's hard to try to get under the shell of weird happiness to see he's very clingy and weary of multiple things that he keeps to himself.

Weaknesses: being alone, water users due to how children treated him when he was younger, his brother in pain.
