As long as it hasn't been like 3 years, your account is most likely still there. Does anyone play any other Nexon games? I have played Darkages for about four years...

You have to do that in the beginning I believe, unless you are still in the beginning (meaning you haven't fully made your character yet.) Then there should be a bunch of character templates that you may choose.
