1. Check the shop to see if I have slots open.
Even if I don't, feel free to ask me if I have time to draw something for you, if you're still interested. I sometimes open slots even when I'm not officially open.

2. Post in the shop thread to give me a heads up.
I'm not on Gaia much and don't necessarily regularly check the guild, but I usually check the shop thread at least once every few days. Feel free to quote me to make sure I'm notified.

3. Fill out a form (below) and post it in this thread.

4. Wait for my response in the shop thread.
I will quote you for order-related posts so you get a notification.

■ The first is how much of the body is shown. These are the usual options, but you may have a custom request that you can describe.
■ The second is how many characters are in the piece.
■ The third is any additional major items other than the character itself, including weapons, pets, furniture, etc. These will cost extra, so please discuss them with me.

Feel free to edit the bullet points as needed.
■ Please use bulleted format to summarize, and please be succinct.
■ Please highlight only absolutely necessary features, including all colors, not made clear by the reference picture(s).
■ Vital details usually include things like eye color/shape, hair color/style/length, complexion, clothing items, trademark accessories. Please link images/refs when helpful, e.g., for hair style or a jewelry piece.
■ Please include ONLY relevant description. If you're ordering a portrait, for instance, please only describe from shoulders up.
