Personality: She is generally kind and speaks in a soft tone, but if she is ordered to attack, she tends to do so detachedly, but tends to not always try to go for the kill unless specifically ordered so, her thoughts and mind are as much like a computer as they are like a human.
Likes: Success, Energy, Tactical Observations and Advantages, Analyzing how opponents fight, Things with colors in the spectrum of blue and green.

Skills/Powers: Her powers would come from her altered genetics, and cybernetic infusions, she has significant physical abilities and capacities, quite beyond the limits of any human being, she can bring up a communication screen, has wireless communication abilities(so she can link to phones, radios, etc...), she can 'communicate' with some machines and technologies, and regards the ones she likes, as living things, partly because she is part technology herself, if she acquires a blood sample, it is possible for her to incorporate a diluted version of some(not all) being's natural abilities into her own existence.
Weaknesses: she may lose her focus/calm and panic or seem scared if an opponent does something completely unexpected or that went against her analysis(examples: displaying a secret power in the middle of a fight, utilizing powers or enviroment in an unexpected way, etc...), EMPs make her cry,
Weapons: A katana-type sword constructed similarly to the rest of her cybernetic parts, the sword has an energy current it can activate along the blade, making the blade part glow blue, and making it sharper. She currently has no other physical weapons, and has never used any other physical weapons since the "release" from the project
Bio: She was taken from her parents when she was a small little girl,about age 2-4, she had been experimented on ever since that day, her genetics being tampered with and manipulated, usually these experimentations were cruel, but she had no choice, they tampered with her in a secret project, kept hidden from almost all. except the ones working on it, few others knew of it, about the time she was approximatly 10-12, they began experimenting with infusing cybernetics to the altered girl, they did so to such an extent, that even her mind and thought eventually became partly technological, once the project was "finished", a year before now, the goal of this project,hidden from most eyes, had been to create a being, who was a weapon capable of counteracting the abilities posessed by beings that were able to be more powerful than humans, she was given programming that makes her loyal to her side, and she follows the commands of those she is assigned to obey, but she rarely obeys anyone who is not an assigned commander of hers...

Other: She does possess a physical body that is 85% organic, much of her cybernetics are internal biotechnology, and externally, her lower legs seem to be the only part of her that are mostly cybernetic in appearance, her skin is actually much softer than one might expect of such a thing, her right blue eye is the color her eyes were at birth, her left purplish eye, is a result of the alterations, her eyes actually give of a glow, and she tends to speak in a way that may sound odd to some. If she is unconcious or "asleep" all parts of her that normally glow do not glow during that time.

Project NEWTYPE Basic Details: The project, was devised as a means to create a "weapon" capable of counteracting and/or replicating the abilities of beings that can surpass humans, such as mystical beings, much of the technology devised in this project, which was incarnated as biotechonology, technological parts that act as a part of a living thing, was the result of experimentation to replicate magical/mystical energy, such as that posesssed by many of the Kunarian inhabitants, the genetic alterations that were done to the subject 'Tarlotte' work in synchronization, and as such, replication of her biotechnology is rendered null, because without her genetics, such technology is merely pieces of metal that have no energy flow, and naturally, the project data and details are even more obscured and hidden than the project itself was.
